I’ve been in the trucking business 7 yrs and I’ve never ran into anyone in the country who is good, professional and reasonable as T & R Auto. I had a reoccurring issue with my truck while in the middle of doing a load. I went to 4 mechanics for the same problem and only T & R was able to do it. And they did it in a matter of hours. They noticed my break line was broke and they fixed for me for next to nothing. I don’t care if I’m 200 miles away if I can I’m taking my truck car etc to T & R Auto to be fixed.

I've gotten my car fixed here twice & will keep doing business with them. I had a lingering exhaust problem that they fixed for me. Each time I got educated about my car, why the issue occurred & was never made to feel dumb or brushed off when I asked questions. They will provide you with videos along the way if needed. 10/10 I recommend!!!

I had been having issues with my truck for over a month getting worse over time to the point I had to jump it every time I started it, even having it towed once. I had three separate people tell me my battery was fine and the one I towed to say the alternator was fine leading me to believe I had a parasitic draw or some other mystery problem. Turns out it was in fact my battery which you would think is one of the easiest things to diagnose and fix but apparently it's not and takes 3 geniuses plus T and R auto to change a battery. I am coming here for everything from now on. I got 2 more headaches no one else can fix. Yall my family now. Appreciate you so much. 💖

i went there because my tail pipe and muffler rusted bad and had broken off of my truck and i needed one bad it was hanging and very loud so they helped me find a good and affordable muffler and tailpipe set that sounds great by the way and when it came in the mail he was able to put it in right then and there and sent me out my way with a better sounding truck great welds no leaks anything just an overall 10/10 experienced you need any work done i recommend T&R auto!!!

I was driving through Peoria when my car stopped working. I didn’t know where to go or who to call. I’m so happy the man at the gas station told me about this shop! Paid for an engine rebuild and a timing chains repair and was told it would only take two weeks instead it took several months. He would not return phone calls or text messages about my vehicle, finally after months of waiting I went to pick it up and after paying over $3,000 for it I drove it off the lot and the check engine light came back on and it started dying again randomly. I ended up taking it to another shop just to find out he did not do a full engine rebuild on it he only replaced a couple pieces and charged me for an entire rebuild and he broke the bolts to my engine off in my engine which had to be extracted which cause a severe oil leak and oil to leak under my car which could’ve been a fire hazard if my car got hot and caught on fire with me and my child in it. The oil leak damaged several other pieces I had to replace. He didn’t stand behind any of his work instead only made excuses how it had nothing to do with what he did. Not to mention I have text messages where he was inappropriately texting me telling me “I get special treatment” calling me “babygirl” asking me what I can “teach him” and asking where the father of my sons dad is, when he has a wife. Super unprofessional. Made me very uncomfortable.
