Wonderful service, got me in without an appointment, and didn’t charge to do a diagnostic. Great pricing on new tires.

Hi.patrons. I just wanted to post my experience and let you know that they blew up my motor on a test drive and then denied it lying that my car was leaking antifreeze and it was all a lie to cover there negligence. So my words to you is video record your car running at time of leaving your vehicle for proof.

I set an appointment, arrived on time , stayed 2 hours and they have not even touched my car. Staff is not in a rush to help customers . Bad experience

I came here for an oil leak caused by another shop's ineptitude. While I worried about possible worsts case scenarios, Bella, the service manager, was honest and up front about what I needed. She and her team did everything they could to get my vehicle taken care of for the best possible price, when other places would have just overcharged. They've definitely earned a new customer.

Bella is wonderful. She should be manager. Very friendly. And seems like she does a lot. I came in with a company car to get tires, brake pads, and rotors done. When I came to pick up the company car I still heard grinding noise that’s when they said I need brake calipers. They put on brake calipers and still heard grinding nose. They had to order different brake pads. Also now I hear a rattling noise that wasn’t there when I first brought the car in. So now they say I need shocks. John the manager of the store. Never spoke to me. Never gave any customer care at all. 2 days later and 5,000.00 gone. ( We didn’t get the shocks done. ) That’s a lot of money to get bad results. My husband and I were traveling when we started loosing air rapidly in one of our tires. So we looked up the closest tire shop which was this location. We called at about 5:30 and they told us they closed at 6 that we would have to come in the next day. There hours clearly state they closed at 7. Luckily we found somewhere else to help us before we were stranded on the side of the road. I would not recommend this establishment.

Worst Firestone experience I’ve had. I came in due to a battery light coming on in my car and I asked for them to check the alternator asked for the A/C to be checked and an oil change be done as well. They told me everything was good with my battery and alternator and I made a second appointment to service the A/C and tie rods they recommend. Two days later I came back for this appointment and had only the tie rods done, no explanation on why the A/C service wasn’t completed. Four days after this my battery light came back on, my car died, and when I inspected on the side of a highway I found my coolant completely dry. I called to ask how a coolant pressure test system was performed and told they don’t check the levels (despite the website stating they check all fluid levels) I walked to get coolant paid for a tow to the Firestone as my car would not even turn on and when I arrived I asked them again to check the alternator. They asked me to put a new battery in since mine wouldn’t hold a charge (I bought my current battery in February this year) The next day they called and told me my car was ready for pick up. I had received the email of services stating I needed a new water pump as I suddenly had a coolant leak that hadn’t been noticed the 2 previous visits despite them stating they did a vehicle inspection plus check and a coolant system test (which tests for leaks) I asked if they had fixed the leak and they said no I’d have to make another appointment. I reluctantly agreed and asked if the car was safe to drive. They said yes. I went that night to get my car and my keys had not been left in the vehicle. I called that morning and requested they complete the coolant work due to my car now having to sit there all day and me being unable to take it to a new location for work. An hour after I called they called back to ask about replacing my alternator as “thats why my battery wouldn’t charge” (baffling as I told them twice this was the issue and twice was told it was checked and it was not required). During the work on my water pump and alternator they called again to state I had a hole in my radiator, and that is why my car was leaking fluid. I’m beyond angry with this location and will not be returning. I came in asking for the issue to be resolved and got entirely cheated, lied to, and manipulated. I have done my own car work for the last 5 years and am appalled by the lack of accountability, or quality work put into their services. How did no one notice my radiator “dumping” fluid the 3 previous times I came in for work? On top of that it sat on their property for 36hrs straight and suddenly there was a hole in my radiator? I will never be returning to this location.

They did well. They replaced my engine thermometer and license plate lights, so I'm happy. They'll take care of you too

At around noon I made an appointment for a 4 pm oil change. I arrived at 4 for my appointment and proceeded to sit in the waiting area and stare at my car in the parking lot for an entire hour. Then they finally brought it into a garage bay, where they put it on a lift... and did nothing for another hour and a half. At 6:45 pm my patience had run out and I asked the rep how much longer it would be and she said What are we waiting for? I said You tell me! She said oh yeah, we didn't get your oil filter yet, I'll go do that now. And I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes while she did that, then they FINALLY did my oil change. THREE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! AFTER I'D MADE AN APPOINTMENT! ABSOLUTE JOKE, AVOIDING THIS COMPANY FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Won’t come to this location again. Had an 11AM appt, car wasn’t pulled into a bay until 12PM. Another customer complained that he had a 10AM appt and his car still had not been pulled into a bay yet. Worker told him he’d “get to him”. What is the point of having an appointment if you will still be serviced whenever. Not good with time management and not good at trying to rectify the situations with unhappy customers. Parking is also absolutely TERRIBLE at this location, especially to be off such a busy street like Knoxville. Would not recommend.

This place is always super slow. I waited an hour and a half yesterday for parts to show up. When they hadn't shown up I told them I would come back the next day. The next day I waited 2 hours for them to get to my car. There was only one tech and he didnt come in until an hour after I was scheduled. I won't be coming back here again. If I could give them no stars I would

Thanks for being open on Sunday. Going through Peoria and tire pressure sensor went off. They didn’t have a tire to fit but put my spare on for me when it was 9 degrees out. Greatly appreciated.

I was passing through after a long road trip and needed to get an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Thankfully, they were able to squeeze me in at 4p on a weekday. Staff were supremely friendly, location was easy to find, and parking was easy to get into.

I just took my 2006 Nissan Murano to the Bartonville Firestone and they went above and beyond for us. They were also very reasonable too. And I would also like add how wonderful Chris and the rest of the staff were. I will now be taking my car to this wonderful car repair service. Thank you so much.

I had a coupon for a complete vehicle inspection, tire inspection, top off fluids, rotate tires and fill tires with proper psi. The only thing they did was the inspection and NOTHING else. I know I needed 3 new tires and the coupon was a loss leader but I will never go back.

RIP OFF SCAM SHOP!!! Tried to sell me $500 worth of unnecessary parts. I had a nail in my brand new $300 tire I just bought a few months ago. They said they can't patch it because it was too close to the edge. The nail was in the meaty part of the tread, not in the shoulder or sidewall. They said I need a new tire. So they wanted me to buy another $300 tire. And all I wanted was a tire plug but for some reason they tested my battery and told me I needed a new battery too that would have been over $200. There's nothing wrong with the battery. Starts strong every day. The battery is 16 months old. It's a 5 year battery. I'm a mechanic and if I had a tire machine I would have patched the tire myself. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! SCAM SHOP!!!! I told them NO to over $500 worth of repairs and went home and got a tire plug out (I would have rather had a patch) and put a .50 cent tire plug in the tire and it's working fine, holding air great, I've plugged many tires and this one was very pluggable. And my truck starts fine every day. I'M GLAD I DIDN'T WASTE $500 PLUS AT THIS STORE. RIP OFF, SCAM SHOP. NEVER NEVER NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND 100S OF DOLLARS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!! Negative -10 Update - 3 months later and the plug I put in the tire is doing fine. Also my battery is still starting my truck just fine, even at -5 degrees and sitting in the cold, covered in snow for 5 days.

Tighler was amazing! I was stranded during a cross country roadtrip and Firestone was the only place in town still open and that had the kind of tire I needed to replace my flat. They were completely booked up, and Tighler went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road that night anyway. The service was fast, so kind and genuine! One of my best experiences ever with anything car or customer service related

The customer service at the desk is great, but it's just them apologizing that they can't do the work they scheduled you for. Across 3 different tire change experiences, we've come to realize that getting an appointment here is just an extra step to getting an appointment somewhere else when they say they are too behind/none of the techs came in to work that day. No point in wasting your time.

I had an appointment to get my throttle body injector cleaned. I waited 8 hours. During my wait the manager told me that there was a problem, that they had stripped a bolt. After I got my car back, the next day, I had the same issues. I called them to get the throttle body injector replaced. I made an appointment for this only to find out that they needed to order the part and it would be there in 4 days. I scheduled another appointment, they said the part was out for delivery. Never heard from them for 5 more days. In the meantime, I took my vehicle to another repair shop where they informed me that whoever worked on your car last, made a complete mess. They left the stripped bolt there and completely messed up my wiring. See pics below. Now my car is at the dealer and it is going to cost me a couple of thousand dollars to get it fixed, the right way!!! I paid Firestone $300 to do absolutely no work and to make bigger problems!!!
