This place has horrible costumer service, put the complete wrong tire on my car then decided to tell me it was my problem. Only thing positive was the manager from another location.

John was so helpful! As a woman, I am often fearful seeking auto repair, that I will be taken advantage of and/or treated like I am stupid. John was respectful and assuring that my concerns were reasonable. He got us on our way quickly! Highly Recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday afternoon for new tires. I dropped the truck off and they said it’d be ready either that evening or the next day. Sunday morning, we spoke to them and they said it’d be ready in an hour or so. They then called an hour later and said the mechanic never showed up so they wouldn’t finish it until Monday. I will never take my vehicle to them again. I ended up picking up the truck since I had work Monday and needed it. Don’t recommend.

Although extremely busy, I was able to get my vehicle in as scheduled. Everyone was helpful, informative, professional and seemed to be in a good mood. The experience made me want to purchase tires from there, and I’m 99% certain that when I do buy tires, it will be from Firestone on Knoxville in Peoria

The women here are really nice but the mechanic is stupid . I came twice because my check engine light came on after my spark plug replacement and my car was running worse than before I got the spark plugs replaced. He said my transmission was the reason my car was running weird but I got a second opinion and my transmission is fine .

I was travelling back to dallas from peoria after a weeks visit to that city on 6/22. I bought the tires with firestone, so visited this location with the hope of getting assistance with the low air pressure in the tires. I was asked to come at noon on 6/21. After reaching there, i asked for the ETA and was told 1 Hr. I waited for 1 Hr and when i checked, i was told there were prior appts and I need to wait for another 3 Hrs. I expressed my concerns on this behaviour. upon which the lady was very rude and told me to either wait or leave the premises. As I was new to the city, I preferred to leave it there . At around 3:40 PM, I got the email saying the tire cannot be repairable. I called them to find out. They informed me that the screw is at the position which is not possible to remove and patch. They suggested me to buy a NEW TIRE. I was surprised with the response . I got it repaired elsewhere which was done in 10 mins and travelled back to dallas on 6/22. reached just now.
