Called and asked if they had an Ignition for my car. They said yes, it was in stock and they quoted me 110. That was out the door today and I get it today. I go there and with the exact change and they're going to tell me it's one eighteenthen. I can't get my part until tomorrow because they still have to take it off the car. The only reason why I was getting it for that price. Because that is twice the price that it is online. Was because I was getting it today. The conveniency and it wasn't even convenient. And then they're not gonna tell me until after I pay the 118 that they can't give him to me until tomorrow. And then if I said okay. I'll just wait and but I already paid for it on my card. So it's gonna take a couple days. So they screwed me either way now.My car is being told tonight.Because I can't move it because I don't have a key. That was a whole point of buying the need to. Get their story straight before they try to sell things to people

3.. 4... 500% over 'you pull yards'. Neals was amazing, many times it saved many people through tough times getting well priced used parts. These new owners? They are 100% over just competitor 'we pull you pay' across the country. Terrible company, ruining a service to working class community in central Illinois and poisoning the market for car parts.

Greatest buying experience I have ever had!!! I ordered the wrong transmission. Josh reached out to me. Let me know. I think your vehicle isn’t compatible with our transmission. Found me the right transmission and worked with me for at least a week straight. Awesome company!

This business has been bought by investors. Their website says the self-service yard is still open and even lists hours, rules, and prices, but it's all lies. You're not allowed in and they only do business over the phone now. All their parts are kept in an outdoor yard, but they sell them at like-new prices. Don't waste your time visiting, don't waste your money buying, shop ebay instead.

Worst thing they could have done was get rid of the you pull yard. No reason to go there other than that.

One of the best consumer experiences I have had. I needed a new door for my car. Every place I looked at was either local pickup only or they contracted with carriers that could only deliver to commercial, not residential, addresses. Found Neal through a generic Ebay search. I emailed inquiring about the door I needed. Josh got back same day with the part number and a link to the listing. He took time to check my VIN and color code to make sure the door would work. Once all checked out good I went ahead and ordered. Their carrier does deliver to residential addresses and the cost, even with shipping, was about $100 under the nearest competitor. The door arrived faster than I can get a routine letter to the next town. Well secured and cushioned on a pallet. The part itself is like new. Already pleased with the service I got an email from Josh a couple days later to check to make sure I received the door and if everything was in order. Let me say that again....I got a follow up email from the staff asking if everything was good. You don't see that often, if at all, now a days. Of course YMMV but I highly recommend checking these guys out if you need parts for your car. I was a great experience from start to finish.

They tell you one price on the phone then they want to almost double it when you come to pay for it. I will never do business with Neals ever again. Since they got bought out they want to complete crap. Told $90 for a AC compressor for my 08 Dodge truck. Come to pay for it and it is now $190 almost. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB over this as well. It is a shame that a local business got bought out by people that are not local and now they are doing underhanded business. If you tell a customer a price on the phone then wait for them to come in and tell them a price that is more than double. To me that is underhanded business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sent me the wrong window and made me drive an hour to leave empty handed FOUR TIMES even though I called every time become going. Worker yelled at me because I came to pick up my window one minute after closing even though I called and told them I was on the way and they said they’d wait for me. Finally gave me the window WITH NO BUBBLE WRAP and it was SOO DIRTY. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Everyone there is so rude and not trustworthy at all! Save your time and money, go elsewhere!

Save yourself the stress and stay far away from Fenix Parts. Our experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We bought a used motor for our Ford Expedition from them on May 5. The first motor failed instantly — major timing chain problems that left the vehicle undriveable. Instead of standing behind the product, we were dragged through a ridiculous week-long back-and-forth with their warranty company, forced to provide videos, teardown photos, and endless documentation just to prove we didn’t cause the issue. Then came motor #2 — which arrived with a cracked oil pan and other issues, again completely unusable. After more lost time and money, we picked up a third motor, and while it’s currently running, here’s the latest insult: It came with 3,000 more miles than our original It’s missing the turbos the first engine included And worst of all? No warranty — unless we pay for it out of pocket. That’s right. After wasting weeks of our time, thousands of dollars, and forcing our mechanic to work overtime on junk parts, Fenix wants us to pay more for coverage. And today, when we tried again to speak with a manager to demand some accountability, we were brushed off once more. No solution, no compensation, no responsibility. Fenix Parts is a complete failure of customer service, quality control, and basic integrity. This isn’t just bad business — it’s predatory. Do not trust them with your time, money, or vehicle.

Sadly i have to give them 1 star just so i can share my experience because they dont even deserve that, these guys have NO idea what they are doing or selling, bought a part from Lance while discussing the same picture on parts list he sends me a wrong one, week later we discuss it again i email him a picture of mine alongside the one he sends me, guess what week later i get another wrong part! Never ever will buy from Neal Auto Parts and you should stay away too if you think your time and money has any value. UPDATE: THEY ARE MISLEADING THE READERS. Sent wrong part TWICE and then was told with an attitude to return it for refund. I have attached the pictures for reference. Wasted 14 days with these guys.

Good parts selection, terrible service. They can’t answer the phone. Have spent over an hour on hold literally. It’s sad they bought out other yards and drive the customer service in the ground

Place is shorta of organized. Staff seems pretty freindly. Cool car up in the air for a sign. Thier are carts for you to use. Many tires are already pulled off on a rack up front. Seems they have a full service side too. They charge you $2 to get in then take advantage of you during half price day by charging you double. Never heard of that ever. As you can by my reviews I been to many a yard. Prices arent' posted anywhere. Kinda of illegal. At least post most basic parts prices. All other yards do that. You never know if thier playng with the prices. Heard other people conplaining thier too. They claim they can can get them to budge by offering to leave the parts. Most all of the limited number of pickup trucks they were stripped out. Ford Chevys ect all together. They even admitted that. Car section all of one brand of cars are stuffed together (big and small ). Prices are high for even half price day. They said a grill is $35 on half price day, complete door is $120 ish. Truck tail gates are like $120 ish half price day. I went to Joliet You Pull it afterwards. They didn't charge me to go shopping, lot more trucks, and prices were cheap at thier everyday prices.Believe thier prices are even on thier site. They even had new Honda short blocks dirt cheap oddly.
