Tyler, the service manager, was very accommodating when my wife's GMC Acadia needed the rear a/c coolant line replaced. Heat indexes above 100° and no air conditioning! The line had been repaired 5 years earlier after it had been damaged and the street salt had taken its toll on the compression joints that were installed. The line was replaced instead of being repaired. The bill was less than we had expected and we were treated professionally and the job was done promptly.

The employees here, Teana and Brad were very helpful in arranging the trade in and purchase that I had. They made sure that the vehicle was ready to go within a week of the purchase (there was a repair needed when I began the paperwork). The only downside was that it was not fully detailed when I went to go pick it up, there was sand in the seats and mud on the door panels. Other than that, it was a great experience !

Great as usual. I got there late (my fault) and Jake still got me in and out of there quickly.

Uftring did an excellent job replacing our driver's side mirror and fixing the door. They told us when to bring the car in and finished it the next day. Very impressed with their service. Thank You.

Repair was done right. Cost was too high. Communication was lacking, especially trying to make an appointment on line. Your chat bot is pretty useless.

Excellent experience. We were well taken care of! Lucas in service department kept me posted on progress and called to confirm repairs. Which I greatly appreciate! Thanks Lucas!

I will always recommend this repair shop. It is the best. Problems with my Cadillac XT5 included a bad battery and a cracked radiator. Both were replaced in timely manner.

I worked with Lucas on the blue team. The service was great and the work was done fast. Jose was the mechanic that did the work so if you can request him he did a great job.

Had a code on my truck. Ran a scan tool on it and researched the code. What I could determine was the tech would need to run one diagnostic test to determine if the coolant control valve was faulty or if it was a different component. Asked if they would order the part and I’ll bring it in for them to run their diagnostic. I’ll even repay the restock fee if I am wrong. They wouldn’t. After diagnosing they ordered the part I asked them to order days earlier. Since I only have one truck I asked if it was ok to drive. I was told yes. Well my truck overheated and left me stranded on the interstate for a couple hours. Waited a week and had to call to see if the part came in. Turns out the part has been there for a couple days already and I was not called. Had to wait an additional week to get an appointment for the repair. Day of the repair I don’t get a phone call so I called at the end of the day and they said oh yeah it’s all done. The work was done properly but the customer service you get from the people up front just sucks. I was without my truck for a total of 3 weeks. Ours have been shortened if customer service was a priority. This was warranty work but if I had to pay I would have been very upset.

This was our first visit to the service department. This was the free oil change tire rotation and inspection. Smooth sailing waiting room was night and car was washed upon completion

The service manager in the body shop provided an estimate for accidnet repairs on my Escalade. The interaction was professional and the estimate was fair. Repairs are scheduled for Jan 12th. I am always pleased with the service attitude of employees in this department.

I'm giving 3 stars because they called saying my truck was ready to pick-up. I arrived and found out the black/grey plastic flat tailgate cover (on the inside of the bed) was not attached well and the wind would probably loosen it and would flap around in no time. The ladies in the office sent an older gentleman out who told me they had hired a couple new guys and they installed the cover. He said he would make sure holes were drilled through the cover into the tailgate to secure it on the bottom and make sure all clips were secure. I'm happy with the new tailgate, body work, and paint matching. It would have been nice if someone could have checked to make sure the work was done correctly before they said it was ready to pick-up. I wasted a trip there and a trip home - about 90 minutes total.

My family has bought all but one of our vehicles from Uftring”s and had all of our service work done for the last 20 years. We have always trusted what we have been told and our service advisor always gave us good advice. Lately however I am not sure of what we are being told. My son just took our oldest vehicle in for service and was told his brakes were going bad which is distressing since we just had them replaced at Uftring’s in April 2025. We were told his tires were going bad and they are not even a year old. Plus both his truck and my truck supposedly need new batteries. I could understand mine needing a new battery, but his is only 3 years old. So I question whether they are truly going bad or is someone trying to take advantage of a young person who doesn’t know much about vehicles. Considering we are loyal customers I hope this is not the case, but if it is then I will be evaluating where I do business in the future. Kevin Knisley

I was very upfront that I was not going to purchase the vehicle on Saturday September 20th. However, they tried their best to pressure me into buying that day. This was the first time I ever had to put down $500 "earnest" money to come back to look at a particular car. I do regret falling for that trick. When the final purchase was made, it took 3 hours. The finance guy almost seemed like he was stalling to take up more of our time. I had come after work and was tired. I was not happy about the financial papers taking so long. While I do appreciate that the salesperson came in on their day off to help us, he was very rushed. It almost seemed like the finance guy was purposely going slow to "stick it" to the salesperson. I don't appreciate being used as a pawn in their office games. Some advice: 5 to 6 follow up calls after I have purchased the vehicle is excessive. I am not rich. I can't buy a second car for another commission.

Great experience at Uftring, the purchasing with Spencer was easy, no hassle and pleasant. As a single woman, I never felt like he was pushing me, he only explained the process and went out of his way to make sure that I understood and felt confident about it. I was recently in for a routine service appointment and the service department was outstanding making sure you were comfortable during your wait! Uftring is an outstanding dealership!

I had my 2021 Tahoe in for transmission service, and some radio and headrest screen repair. They was unable to get a chance to look at my vehicle for a week. They didn't have a loaner vehicle, so had to get a rental for 13 days. It was $900+ that was unexpected around the holidays. Transmission, and radio is working as it should. The screen is still in need of fixing. My service advisor, and service tech was awesome for what they did. Thank you.

Brought my Trailblazer in for routine maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) and everything was fine with the vehicle. After it was done and I went to drive home, I noticed my check engine light was on. I took it back immediately and they plugged it in to get the code. I was told it was a fluke code that was just due to the colder weather. They cleared the error and sent me on my way. Two days later, the check engine light came back on and didn’t go away. It couldn’t have been the cold since it had sat in my garage for days. I ended up taking it somewhere else and it turns out I need a new part. I wish they would have taken the check engine light more seriously when I was at the dealership. I’m suspicious that something might have happened during the routine maintenance but I obviously can’t prove that.

I did not care for the free car wash because it left a bunch of water spots on my car, I had to go home and get those off. I took half an hour or so and got my car looking better. Next time I will remember to tell them don’t wash my car.
