Normally great service. But when I went to buy a battery. They said yes no problem we can put it in. So I bought it, then the guy went to put it in and said sorry I cant put it in your truck. It's to hard of a install. ???? What ? At the counter you said you could do it. DONT SAY YOU CAN DO SOMETHING , THEN SELL ME A BATTERY THEN SAY YOU CANT DO IT ! THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS GO OUT AND MAKE SURE I NEED A NEW BATTERY (LIKE AUTO ZONE DID) THEN YOU CAN DETERMINE IF YOU COULD INSTALL IT OR NOT. FYI I got my money back for the battery. Drove down the street to auto ZONE. Bought one there.

Repeated terrible service. I walk in and ask for bulk hose, 3ft of low pressure 3/8” fuel line. Guy behind the counter asks me, “Year make and model please”. Come on man... so I go in two days later. Walk up to counter. Ask for a PCV valve. Without even saying a word, Both guys look at me with a blank stare like I have three eyes. Then they act like I have inconvieneced them with my question and that they are too busy to wait on me. Then tell me to go to the next counter to talk to the third of four people standing around doing nothing to get my PCV valve. Meanwhile, the first two guys start taking about Harleys and fishing 5 seconds later. Bunch of lazy people work there that don’t know anything about cars. Except for the commercial woman in the back. She’s on her game.

After searching for air to fill my tire, I went in to see if these folks could give me any ideas. One of the employees broke out the jump pack and started airing up the tire, only to notice it took a while to air up. She went in and came out with Fix-a-Flat and a tube sealant. A minute later, I was on my way. Awesome customer service!

I bought a premium brand battery for my car from Advanced Auto Parts six months ago. A couple weeks ago, my battery was completely dead had to be “jumped” twice in the same morning. I took it to Advanced. I complained about the battery, and after “testing” it, they said their battery was good and I needed a new alternator. My alternator had also been replaced recently by a reputable auto shop, so I was positive my problem was with the battery. They insisted the alternator was the problem and tried several times to convince me to buy an alternator from them. I decided to get the battery independently checked before making any purchase, and the results showed that the battery was, indeed, faulty and my alternator was good. When I went back to Advanced and showed them the results, they agreed to test the battery again, and ironically enough, this time the battery test showed that the battery was bad. I’m glad I didn’t buy the alternator they were insisting that I needed. However, I’m unhappy that I had to go through so much hassle to get them to replace their faulty battery.

I've been to this store twice, and both times I've had an excellent experience! I was actually there today, and even though it was only 30 degrees outside, and it's difficult to change the battery in my vehicle, the guys took the time to replace it for me! HIGHLY recommend!

Not a pleasant experience. Watched an employee, he claimed his name was Austin from the many times I’ve been in this store. He hung up on a customer, refused to help the young lady answer the phone while she was on the phone and assisting customers. 5 stars for the young lady. No stars for the male employee if I could make it no stars. 11/19/22

My boyfriend and I just had the most amazing experience. Owen went above and beyond for us when we came in looking for headlights. He’s definitely made our world brighter with these LED headlights. He was very friendly when we first stepped in the store and was very helpful and easy to talk to. This man deserves a raise, he went as far as installing the new headlights for us, everybody go see Owen!

Owen A. was awesome, courteous, willing and helpful. My car battery couldn't hold a charge and he was able to quickly diagnosed the problem, identified the correct battery size and even offered helpful information on differences between different types of batteries to help with my decision making. At the end he replaced the battery for me in the freezing night with 13mph winds and got me up and go quickly. Definitely recommend this AAP location.

Guys at the desk are great, they go the extra mile to help you out. Today, I had an old tractor alternator. Couldn’t be tested on the machine. But they helped pull it apart, clean it, and try a bench test. They didn’t have to do any of that, really appreciate it and the wonderful customer service.
