Our vehicle had a wheel bearing issue that was originally repaired at a different shop (national brand that will remain nameless). After their repair, the noise was replaced with a different noise, so we took it back and asked them to take a second look - nothing found. It was clear they either didn’t want to own up to an error or just weren’t capable of fixing it. We tend to be loyal customers, but we couldn’t take the grinding noise anymore, and decided to get a second opinion at Hiller. Hiller found the issue immediately, made helpful recommendations for another issue that needed attention, and had it all fixed up for us within a couple hours. Hiller did a better job every step of the way, from scheduling, to diagnosis, timely communications, good recommendations, fair pricing, and quick quality work. The car sounds great, drives smooth, and our fuel efficiency is back to what it should be. I also asked about a maintenance service that the other shop was unable to do - Hiller said no problem and gave us a reasonable quote, which we’ll definitely be back for soon.
