When I contacted Jaguar of Peoria online to inquire about a car, the sales exec, Victor Reed, responded immediately - and from that point forward was continually helpful in ensuring I received all the information I needed about the car. Additionally, he negotiated a fair price when I was ready to trade in my car and purchase the new one. And most significantly, he coordinated delivery of the car to my home in Chicago because I ended up too sick to travel to Peoria when it came time to pick it up. He and the rest of the team at the dealership have gone above and beyond to close this deal and bring me a terrific car, a gorgeous red ‘24 F-Pace P400, right to my front door. Truly, a wonderful purchasing experience from start to finish, and I’d gladly go out of my way to Jaguar of Peoria again when I’m ready to buy my next one. I was given a luxury loaner and the service manager stayed in contact with me throughout the process offering details and pricing. It was easy making an appointment-only 3 days!!! Needed recall, and emergency warranty work performed on our 2021 F-Pace and all the Jag Dealers within 2 hours of our home in Indiana were booked out over a month. Jag-Peoria scheduled it in within a week and took care of everything in 1 day. Considering that the Indy Dealer where we bought the car had it for over a week just for a few recalls and a oil change, we were more than impressed with the service experience at Jag-Peoria. They handled everything in a professional and timely manner, and most importantly they do not over booked their service dept to make sure everyone gets timely service. They now have all our Jaguar related business even if they are almost 3 hrs away.
