★★★★☆ I had a stereo put in for my son's new car. I bought the stereo at Walmart, I bought the kit and wiring harness and a couple other things that I needed for them to put it in. They put the stereo in and it is nice and snug. Perfect. The kit that had the plastic trim on the front, he broke the plastic piece. It still can be used and isn't a big deal, but it's still broken. There were lots of pieces of wire and so forth that were in my car that weren't cleaned up and I brought a couple tools back into them that he left in my car. Overall it looks nice, the stereo sounds nice, I would have given five stars because the guy who installed it, short guy with glasses, was fantastic and super friendly. But they are getting four stars due to the mishaps. Still did a great job, just not perfect.

★★★★★ I went in there this morning to have Sound Of Peoria diagnose the stereo problem with my son’s truck that was causing the cruise control to kick off and windows to stop working whenever the subwoofer fired. Saki had figured out the problem within the first 15 minutes (bad wire) and realized, simply while listening, that the subwoofer box was cracked. I am thrilled with the service, and that they figured it out so quickly, something that had frustrated my son and husband to no end. Even more than that, though, Saki was a joy to work with. His smile and laughter was contagious and you could tell he loved what he does. He even treated me to a listen of his own personal system in his truck. Unbelievable! I am still grinning from that, LOL. You guys came highly recommended to me from several mechanics at Lighthouse GMC Morton, and I can see why!
