I had rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a cross-country trip October 2024. The vehicle needed to be serviced, and, after a quick call to Enterprise for instructions, we called Jiffy Lube, and they were able to fit us in as soon as we arrived. I was so impressed with not only the service, but how Brandon approached the issue with such understanding, for I had never been in a situation such as this with a rental vehicle. In less than an hour, I was on my way, and so very grateful to the crew at this Jiffy Lube.
