I’m not usually someone who writes feedback, but I felt I needed to share my experience because it stood out. My recent vehicle purchase at Peoria Toyota was great from start to finish. They gave me extended time with the vehicle to ensure it was big enough for my family which was my biggest concern. The car-buying process was smooth, they worked with me every step of the way, and I was in and out of the purchase much faster than I’m used to and it was a very positive experience. Well done! Troy Cook, as the sales lead, and Todd Cook, as the sales manager, both did a fantastic job. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to meet me where I felt comfortable buying made the entire experience painless. This was my first experience going to Peoria Toyota. I met Joe Ziegler a year ago thinking I wanted to purchase a car and he is a super salesman because he did not bug me or call me numerous times like some do, this year I decided I definitely wanted to go back to Peoria Toyota due to the fact that that was such a great experience with him at which time I decided the RAV4 would be an excellent choice for me and he thought so as well. This is a great place to buy a car. There are numerous sales people more than willing to help you in any way they can. My salesman was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything regarding my car. I would highly recommend him to anyone or any of the Staff. You won’t be disappointed.

My name is tyal, I came in with my partner due to my low English , he helped with bringing me to this dealership to find my first car purchase. We were finishing the deal with Omar , Kyle, and Tim. At first they were nice to make the sale. We finished the sale. I gave them a check and went home. Next day I get a call saying we have to bring another check because the first won’t work since it’s a temporary check. I sure went and got a cashiers check like requested. I ask for my other check back they said don’t worry we will shred it up and only use the cashiers check. Next day I wake up and my rent check bounced because Peoria Toyota on Allen road still continued and deposited BOTH checks. We went to dealership to talk to manger there but it was a disaster! I believe His name is lesli, he didn’t like that the customers were hearing what had happened and kept getting in front of our faces demanding us to stop speaking. He was angry at us for a huge mistake they made not us! He then kicked us out of the building and told us to leave and they still had the car and the keys. We then called the police to obtain a police report because the fraud and discrimination that we felt we experienced. He was being aggressive and very mean ! I asked them to just cancel the purchase since it had only been less than 48 hours since sale, they refused and didn’t want to communicate. Shame on this dealership and treatment they give after a deal is sealed. I’ve never felt this way ever about any purchase at any business. I truly hope the customers that were seeing the scene can learn to make sure your going to a place of respect . And yes they have not gave us a refund or anything. They said till next week which is fine but now we are not allowed there so I will now have to ask police to get my check back. Omar, Kyle you have made this sale a horrible mistake. I turkey hope this dealership finds a new manager with more skills of being a real professional manager. You don’t ever tell a buying customer to leave your building unless they have caused trouble, not for simply coming to get a mistake fixed. We’ve been in business 25 years and we have never experienced this. A customer should always be happy after leaving a business.

I had a very good experience at Peoria Toyota on 02/35/26. I had an amazing one on one experience with Mr Gregory in selecting the right vehicle that suits me. We went over several options then he shared his opinion of which vehicle would be best. Our experience at Peoria Toyota with salesman Jason Loth was by far the best. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and just super nice! Even though we didn't end up purchasing through Jason, we highly recommend him. He worked very hard to try to find us what we were looking for and he answered so many questions. My salesman Michael was A+ all around.and so were all the other people that I dealt with thru the buying process as far as willingness to help and friendliness. However no less than 1/2 dozen times I had to stop them and tell them that the numbers we agreed on were not the numbers on the price “worksheet” and sales order. So as far as employees and a welcoming environment 5 star. As far as a feeling that they are all on the same page 3 star why I face them a 4 star. Would still definitely call Michael tomorrow and buy another car from him

Had a leakage causing a battery issue with my Prius. Erin was amazing to work with. She got me in right away and was a wonderful communicator In person and by phone or text keeping me updated on the progress. To ease the burden she also offered me shuttle service and had the car washed before I picked it up. I was pleased that service found and repaired the leakage and had a new battery installed. Two weeks later I experienced a dead battery again. Once again Erin got me right in.. they found the battery wasn’t charging. It appeared to be a defective battery but to reassure me it was not due to a leak they kept it overnight and ran it through multiple car washes to affirm that. No leaks .. they had fixed that initially. It was just a fluke that the new battery was defective. I have only positive feedback for this service department and staff!

I bought a used car today from Peoria Toyota. The sales person was Victoria. I had talked to her earlier and told her my situation. So we made an appointment. When I got there she was waiting outside in the weather for me. After I test drove the car that I had been watching for a couple weeks, I decided to buy it. She and her boss got my payment almost to what I wanted it to be. I wasn't trading in the car I had driven there in, so she followed me home (I didn't live far away) so we could get the plates off the old car to put them on the new car. One of the screws holding one of the license plates on wouldn't come off. We tried a couple tools that I had at my place, but nothing worked. We then went to the maintenance department of my apartments to see if we could get some help. Thankfully a couple of maintenance guys were able to cut the screw off. This took quite a while. I kept telling her to go on back to work, and I would figure it out but she stayed with me. I hope she didn't get in trouble or lose a sale because of me. Everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria!!
