Yeah tried making a service appointment on line explaining the issues I was having with my vehicle and got a email back from Doug saying he wasn’t interested in helping me cause they had enough business and didn’t need mine nor did they have the diagnostic tools to do a job on a 2015 Evoque so ten years older don’t bother even trying to set up a service appointment through them and the worst part about all of it is I work for a company that buys thousands of dollars with the Uftring dealerships throughout Peoria I definitely would not recommend this Service department to anyone not very accommodating will definitely not be doing business with this dealership anymore that’s for sure never in my 45 years on this earth have I have never been told by a place of business that they weren’t interested in doing a job and making money horrible customer service from Doug.

I specifically made a appt w the foreman Tom for warranty work to be done right on my 2020 Range Rover Autobiography. since we have brought 3 other cars here in past and always came back w some light going off and an issue w car that was not fixed properly. After taking off work & driving 2 hours for my appt-I confirmed w Amanda (repairs manager/advisor ) that Tom (head foreman) would be working on my car and she said yes. After4 hours of waiting, I inquired about what the hold up was for a job that should have taken 1.5 hours. Come to find out Tom never worked on my car (which I specifically made appt for) and some other repair guy was working on it & they did not order ALL parts for warranty work (which btw took 5 months to get the parts in). When expressing my concerns of now wasting 8+ hrs of my time to repairs manager/advisor -instead of apologizing for their mistake-was very rude & unprofessional making all sorts of excuses for what happened.
