Sales personal lack any knowledge of the vehicle features we wanted to buy. Other sales associate pressured to buy, very ridged negotiation, to the point of intimidation. The service department did not even have screws to attach the front license place. The finance person was professional and friendly. I expected a more positive buying experience from a high end dealership, however, Jaguar Land Rover of Peoria is not a dealership I would recommend to anyone unless you don't mind submitting to their sales tactics.

After being in the market for a used luxury SUV (INFINITI QX56); we found an internet posting by Jaguar Land Rover Peoria. A simple email inquiry was responded to quickly, and soon started a negotiation of trade-in value and car price. I was overly pleased with their salesman Aaron Jones, and we reached a deal within an hour. Because of a long drive to pick-up the car, we negotiated everything up front with pictures and information sharing, very modern-age. Upon arrival to the dealership we were greeted with hospitality (fresh coffee and cookies, can’t go wrong with those) and professionalism. All the paperwork was prepared ahead of time, so was in and out in less than an hour.....seemed too easy. Eric and Aaron were awesome!

WORST EXPERIENCE! We are from South Bend (4 hours away) and we had talked to Hope about a car that we were interested in. She sent us all the details and confirmed that it had all the features that we wanted and then after driving four hours, we get to to the dealership and they give us a basic car with none of the features we wanted and said You can take it or leave it, even after double confirmation that the car had all the features we wanted previously. Never buy a car from this dealership!!

Great experience in Peoria. After spending months trying to find the right LR3 I finally found it at Land Rover Peoria and contacted Brian Porter over the phone. After a few phone calls with Brian I decided it was the right vehicle even without seeing it in person. He made me feel reassured regarding the impressive condition of the vehicle and he didn't try to "sell it" too hard which I appreciated. I came all the way from California to pick it up and the car exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed by the absolutely great condition this used car was in. Everyone in the dealership, from the front desk to the sales team was very nice and the deal was made efficiently. Brian even arranged a pick up for me from the Airport in Chicago straight to the dealership. I got a fantastic car and managed to get a nice trip out of it driving it back to CA over a few days. This was my second vehicle to purchase from Land Rover Peoria, and second time working with Janet. At Land Rover Peoria they treat you like family. There is not high pressure of sales games played. Just great customer service. Janet is the best, she is very knowledgeable of all the Land Rover products, and makes the car buying experience very pleasant, We also worked with Eric in finance and it was a pleasure to have someone walk through the paperwork who knew all the answers. If you want a hassle free, informative car buying experience this is the dealer you should go see. Go see Janet and the rest of the staff at Land Rover Peoria for your next purchase. I just purchased my Jaguar from Jaguar Land Rover Peoria. I worked with Janet Reist on the purchase of my vehicle, and it was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever had. While searching for a Defender I spoke with several dealers. This was the ONLY one that communicated well. They listened, followed up (even after the sale), and treated me fantastic. Ricky Tate was truly outstanding — he actually listened to what I was looking for, was patient with all my questions, and worked hard to put together great deals that matched my needs. Although I ultimately didn’t purchase due to my own financial concerns, the experience itself was exceptional.
