I dropped my daily driver off, mainly due to lack of time and an irregular sleep schedule. I gave them a carte blanche authorization to fix anything $600 or less. They replaced a couple hoses and boom. Good to go. These fine folks also pointing out other issues that may creep up in the future that I will likely have them address as well. Keep in mind I beat the living snot out of this car, because it’s MINE. I like beating on on cars that are MINE, it’s cathartic. -I’d never beat on a car that isn’t mine. Thankfully, it now stops as fast as it goes, and my mpg is radically improved now that I’m not fighting the brakes all the time. A++++ will do business again.

I’ve been going to Meineke Car Care Center on Prospect Road to have my cars serviced for a myriad of “ailments” for 40 years. (It seems as though Wes has been there for that long ,as well!) Wes and his staff are top notch employees as well as human beings.They are professional in every sense of the word when it comes to honesty, empathy, patience, and transparency. They are well-versed in the intricacies of their respective jobs. They truly love the work they do (and stand by it) by ensuring their customers’ vehicles are safe for the roadways.

It was a very quick service for oil change/rotation. Price was $94 for my 2013 Toyota Prius. However, I did not realize until the next day that my speedometer had been switched from MPH to KM/hr so that was not good! I was going way too slow for nearly a day until I realized.

I took my truck in for a broken windshield washer pump. The team had it for only 12 minutes and quickly discovered the real issue was a clogged hose. They cleared the hose, tested the pump, and everything worked perfectly. Very happy that the mechanic identified and fixed the problem so quickly!

Normally they only go by appointment, but thankfully the lady working there allowed me to stay and get my car worked on otherwise I would have driven all weekend with a dragging muffler and extremely loud car. Had oil change at another establishment. Was told I needed brakes because they were 4mm. Brought to Meineke because we have lifetime replacement on pads and get all brakes done here. Was told placement not needed since they were at 6mm. Had to pay $60 for them to check! Appreciate the honesty but not at all happy about charge. Also we discuss the issue with other establishments.

Hit a pothole and blew out a tire on Route 150 in Peoria Hgts. Pulled over to change tire but could not get bolts unscrewed. Just happened to be real close to the Meineke store, so pulled in and asked for help. It was amazing how polite, helpful, and kind the people were at that location. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!
