Wouldn't trust this shop to actually exist. the galesburg location they list online does not. a diffrent shop does that has operated continuously for over 30 years and has never heard of them. wouldn't waist my time to find on about this one. The galesburg location even has reviews like people have used them like this one guy I called wasn't helpful or apologetic

At the end of the day it will get done. Took 4 appointments to finally get everything done correctly for my windshield replacement. 1st appointment - windshield didn’t show up in time 2nd appointment - the wrong windshield was ordered and wouldn’t fit my rear view mirror correctly. (The tech offered to install it anyway) I found that to be extremely unprofessional. 3rd appointment - finally got the glass installed and done. After I inspected the vehicle I found a big black stain from the glue used to install the windshield. 4th appointment - they were able to get the black glue out of my sun visor they had left. Overall everyone I talked to through the whole process was very nice. But it was about 1 month later than my original appointment date for everything to finally get done correctly…..

I was in need of a back glass replacement in a hurry. Had a vandalism problem and Glass America came to my rescue. I had no appointment but needed service immediately for work. The wonderful staff there dropped what they were doing and gave me super service. The very friendly girls in the office found glass available and got it for me. The technician had my car in and cleaned up by the time "the boss" returned with my glass. In probably 15min. Then my job was done in another very short time. I was given a reasonable price, and even given a discount. The wonderful staff there saved the day for me and I am very grateful. Glass America 🇺🇸 will have all my business from now on. We've been doing business with these guys for years. every interaction has been nothing but a pleasure! Natasha and Kayleen are amazing!!! Always sharp as can be - on top of things, accurate with quotes, fun to talk to. Seriously - just top notch :) Tim is excellent - He is always making sure everything goes smoothly (It always is) Keith is a window installing beast. Never has any come-backs, never has any customers complaining about fitment or finger prints on headliners. This is exceptional when installing windshields.
