At the end of the day it will get done. Took 4 appointments to finally get everything done correctly for my windshield replacement. 1st appointment - windshield didn’t show up in time 2nd appointment - the wrong windshield was ordered and wouldn’t fit my rear view mirror correctly. (The tech offered to install it anyway) I found that to be extremely unprofessional. 3rd appointment - finally got the glass installed and done. After I inspected the vehicle I found a big black stain from the glue used to install the windshield. 4th appointment - they were able to get the black glue out of my sun visor they had left. Overall everyone I talked to through the whole process was very nice. But it was about 1 month later than my original appointment date for everything to finally get done correctly…..

I received their number from a friend after getting some not so great service at another glass repair shop. I talked to Tim and he was so knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The receptionist called me back right away and was also great to work with. I called on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday at noon my windshield was replaced. The best part about it is I didn’t have to bring it anywhere, they came to my work. It was the most seamless process I have ever had with anything automotive. Thank you!
