I will NEVER have my oil changed at this location again. During my visit, the workers told me that the differentials on my vehicle were bad. When I asked if this would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, they told me only engine parts were covered. I said I would call the dealerships anyways, since my vehicle had under 15,000 miles. When I went to the dealership tis morning, they informed me that there is NOTHING wrong with with my vehicle. So, I wasted time and gas driving to have a vehicle serviced that is in perfect working order.

The ol' bait and switch. Surprising from an outfit of this size. Got parked right away, waited 15 minutes for the folks to do the car in front of me, no problem, and only then was told that they don't have the economy oil change because their compressor is down. So the next cheapest option is almost 3 times the price of the service that got me into the store. No fixes or offers. Yikes.

I am a return customer for many reasons and some of them are as follows: Good service Work well done Quick and efficient I will continue to return for these reasons however there is also one reason that I do not like. The price It is higher then it should be in my opinion. If it were lowered and made more reasonable it would improve business giving those new customers reason to say what I am saying now. 11/10/25 This writing is due to my latest visit on the above date. The store I went to was on War Memorial Dr. in Peoria, Il. The service was nearly complete when I was asked to start my truck (2025 Chevy 2500 HD). When I did, the metal extension pole that is always placed under the open hood, while work is done, fell to the passenger side of the open engine compartment. The pole struck the fender portion right at the hood line, which caused a dent. ( See pic below). I got out of the truck in the work bay to see if there was any damage. That's when I saw the dent. The manager was notified who took pics of the damage and said he would be filing a report with claims. He added that I should be contacted by claims within 24hrs. As of this writing I have not been contacted. They had better follow up with this and pay for the repairs or I will be contacting them directly tomorrow. Currently I am very upset. I realize that accidents happen and as long as the company takes care of the damage I will continue as a customer. If they do not you will hear differently from me.

This was our first time at this location in Peoria on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted promptly and given a bottle of water prior to entering the bay for service. The technicians all communicated with each other as well as us to get the job done quickly. We will return to this location for sure.

These guys went above and beyond to help me with my corroded tire valve stem covers. From the moment I drove in I was greeted with a cold water and a friendly smile. All 4 people working that day tried different things to loosen the caps, but they didn't want to break off the stems and make things worse. So, they gave me very helpful information of who to contact next to take care of the issue and they connected me with them. All of this knowing they would not be making any $ from helping me that day. They earned my business from now on for sure! They were also very funny guys and I had a fun time talking cars with them. Best customer service you will find!!!

I was charged an extra $47 for absolutely nothing. The service was 89.99 instead I was charged $122 how did it jump that far for just an oil change. Then it always says the tires were filled, wiper fluid filled and nether of those were done.

The manager I believe her name is Larissa is rude and has absolutely no customer service. After an employee stated they would honor a discount card BEFORE the service started, she refused After the oil change was completed. She was rude and lost my business. I dont recommend this location.

I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, but some things took longer than expected and ran 20 minutes past closing time. Staff didn't grumble one little bit, and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. In addition to getting my oil changed I had my fluid levels checked, windshield wipers replaced and both the engine and cabin filters changed out. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism when they changed the cabin filter. It was in an awkward spot, soaked in skunk spray, and the last person had just shoved it in there. Take 5 staff didn't just take 5 minutes and give up, they took the extra time to make sure everything was done properly. Strong recommend, this is my new go-to shop.

Everybody was very friendly, but the coupon for 25 dollars never loaded during my entire visit. It was clearly a marketing gimic, given how text messaging works. I'm assuming the algorithm knows you will remember when you pull up and then is designed to load after your visit in order for you to give up on it and leave before receiving the coupon.
