My car was vandalized, which caused me to file an insurance claim for comprehensive damages. Allstate recommended Gerber Collision in Peoria IL. My vehicle was towed to their University St location for repairs. Once the repairs were complete I picked up my vehicle. They did an amazing job with repairs, and to my surprise even cleaned my vehicle & did minor detail work to the inside of the car. This was such a sweet act of kindness. I totally did not expect to have my car cleaned in addition to repairs however I am very thankful for such thoughtfulness. beware they use junk yard parts to save money, claim to have lifetime warranty but dont guarantee the junk parts wont rust. They are a preferred shop for insurance company for a reason....

After first visit, rear hatch leaked after adjustment from being sprung. Took it back. They repaired immediately, took 2 hours. Seems to be leak solved. No charge for return visit. Would recommend.
