A wonderful and accomadating experience even though I couldnt make a decision on a vehicle and didnt buy from this company. I am very grateful for Andy's customer service and kindness and would highly recommend this business to any one of my friends and family members. Its so nice to know there are still businesses who believe in making their customers happy, without pressure and so accomodating whether you choose to buy or not. A great local business in the Peoria area.

I highly recommend this repair shop! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They were able to fit me in despite being busy so I could get my rv repaired in time for a camping trip, and I thought they were very fair with their pricing. They have my business from now on!

I was having injection pump issues with my isuzu NPR 3.9L turbo diesel. I looked all over online for any info and found very minimal. I called down to Verkler and talked to service. The guy I talked to (can't remember his name) was extremely helpful! He got on his computer looked up everything ie looking for printed it off for me and said swing on by and grab it! After meeting him and picking thee papers up he said call if you run into any problems, sure enough I couldn't get it off so I called them again. He went back thru some pages on his computer and said there is a bracket take that off and it should be good to go, he was spot on. Highly recommended these guys very professional and extremely helpful, great work! Thank you!

I have a vintage RV where the previous owner made some poor choices on his DIY that were not clearly evident, even with a mechanic helping me inspect before buying. Mark from Verkler has been AMAZING at trouble shooting and finding solutions for too many things to list. They are personable when I call for status updates and have been so gracious with me and my old RV.

I took my schools mini bus here under the impression that our blower motor broke or we needed a new fused. Turned out that some switch was on and canceling all signal to the blower. Long story short, the guy was pulling the car in and flipped the switch and called me out to tell me and show. They did not charge me a dime and I left on my way. It’s good to know that there’s honest people out there. They could have easily lied to me and told me I needed a new blower and charge me for it. Instead, they did the right thing and I am extremely grateful for that. These guys are awesome and if I do ever have a serious problem I will definitely be going to them for help.

I called early in the morning about getting some mobile truck repair. They weren't in a position to send a repair truck my way. But the service manager spent 15 minutes with me helping to evaluate the problem and figure out which one of his competitors might be able to come to my rescue. He was kind and compassionate to my situation. Very helpful.

First off thank you for taking in my truck last minute! The guys here were really cool and friendly. But boy are they pricey. Came to service my lift gate here on my box truck. A connector on one of the hydraulics broke off. It’s a simple 2 wire connector which I was able to diagnose and tell them before coming in. They charged 2 hours of labor @ $150/hr =$300. It’s honestly a 30min job. I think a fair price would have been $150-$200. I understand they have bills as well but I feel like they milked the job. Just sharing my personal experience. They stated they had 2 guys on this but don’t understand how it’s a 2man job.

We were driving through Peoria when our bus conversion overheated. We live 4 hours away and are unfamiliar with the area, so we let reviews guide us to where we wanted to get our vehicle fixed. Everything was going fine getting the bus to Verkler, until they said they’d take a look and never called me back. Originally, their expectation was two days. Then it turned to 3 days, then 5 days. Then an entire week later after zero calls from Verkler, we had to remove the bus from their lot and took it to a shop down the street who looked at it immediately. I did not feel that this company cared at all about me or my situation. An explanation would’ve been nice, but I never received a call in the first place. New customers to Verkler, beware.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY !!!!! I had a truck stop in for 1 break chamber diaphragm replacement. It was a simple fix. When they were done I got a bill for $1045.15 ! They claimed that I needed 2 break chambers and break hoses. The total labor on the bill was $577.50. They claimed to have 3.5 HOURS to change 2 break chambers! To replace 2 break chambers doesn't take more than 2 hours for any half experienced mechanic. As you can clearly see in the attached invoice they double dip on there invoices. They charged me a "Shop Supplies" fee of $32.50 but clearly you can see in the itemized parts list I was charged $0.71 for each zip tie, $0.45 for each cotter pin. These are classified as "Shop Supplies" in ANY shop I have ever worked in. Next they charge for the clevis on the break chamber for $35.68 each. "WHEN YOU BUY A BREAK CHAMBER THEY ALWAYS COME WITH A CLEVIS"! Lets not forget they charged us tax when we are a tax exempt company as well as charged a $33.33 credit card processing fee. In my simple opinion they are a PETY company they feels they need to itemize every little item and not chalk up the small things like a zip tie as the cost of doing business. I have NEVER seen a dealership charge for a cotter pin and a zip tie. I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS with these people. they are complete highway robbers taking advantage of hard working truck drivers. What a Joke of a business!!!!!
