I had my tire light come on it said I had 27 psi in the rear tire I just bought these tires on May 8 2024 at this goodyear store in east peoria I was just leaving Red Robin so I stopped in to see if they could fix it since I live on the other side of Glasford IL they said they didn't have the time to dobit since they were short handed they said I could bring it back in the morning when they opened then they could check it out. I told them I couldn't do it then because I've got another appointment in the morning. So they said that is all they could do since the guy that was suppose to close up called off. Granted when I walked in there was one guy in the manager's office with the manager but neither one of them even offered to at least put air in my tire. So I told them if I ruin the tire they will have to pay for it si the guy that was at the counter goes how are we responsible for it then the Manager said he has the road hazard on them. So I'm not very happy about this service.

Goodyear is a great company mostly. But I have a bad experience with this East Peoria location. The staff seemed nice mostly but the one who serviced my car was deceptive and had terrible work ethics. He changed rear plates bulbs but did not snap the fabric under the trunk shut. It was open and hanging. The bulb bracket was broken. Luckily he left it on floor of trunk and I snapped the 4 buttons in place myself. I also am using tape to hold bracket under the bulb. The worst news is MY CAR IS SAYING MATENIANCE REQUIRD JUST 7 DAYS AFTER THEY DID OIL CHANGE! ! THE OIL LEVEL IS LOW ALREADY. Go there at your own risk.

I came in one evening frantic because my battery would die if I shut my car off. It was 30 minutes before they closed. The lady inside that helped me was very caring and compassionate. She did everything she could to ensure that my car would be done tgat evening. The gentlemen in the shop were very kind and quick to get started on my car. I’m truly appreciative of the great care and customer service they provided to me!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I came in to have my plate put on my vehicle. After 45 minutes, the car was given back to me but with a HOLE in my floor!! I do not smoke or have any open flames in my vehicle at all. I do not have passengers in my vehicle. I know there was not a hole prior to giving them the key because I went to go into my glove compartment right before the pass off. Upon speaking with the manager, “DON Nickle” which I believe is a fake name, he states no one was in the vehicle. Then says, no one was in the passenger seat. He states “Adam Owl” only pulled the car in to put on a plate and brought it back out. He did not see anyone in my car. I advised him that majority of the time of me being in the shop, I was within view of his office and not once did he turn around to see what his crew was doing because he was on the phone with an employee. I asked, “did you do an inspection on my vehicle, yes or no? Because when I walked outside towards my car, Adam was kneeling to my car and charting.” Don says yes, they do an inspection on all vehicles. I then reiterate the statement he said before, “Didn’t you say that you guys did nothing more than put plates on my car? Then that makes both of your statements inaccurate. Not only did you not check to see what your employees were doing but you also lied about the inspection, expecting me to not know what you were doing to my vehicle while I waited. The manager can’t keep his lies straight and needs to be replaced. I WILL be calling coporate!!

1 hour till closing and I found my wife's vehicle had a flat. After getting it there at closing, they squeezed me in and fixed the tire for $30..00. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Good Year for the excellent service.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment to drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for over 10 minutes while listening to two employees in the garage just chatting it up. They missed 3 phone calls while I and another person was waiting. The other person was there for over 20 minutes waiting to be helped. When I told the gentleman that I had been waiting for over ten minutes he said “ok”. I informed him that I needed to get to work. He appeared as if he didn’t care and told me this is his first day back and he was finding out what was going on. I looked at him and told him he had customers waiting, phones ringing and from what I heard of the conversation they were just shooting the shit. He again wasn’t pleasant from the start and didn’t care one bit about inconveniencing paying customers. They have officially lost a customer and the entire family that has been going there for years.

My car had two tires that kept going flat. I called around to other locations. Nobody could help me. Called here at the Goodyear location and I called early in the morning. It took a few hours to get a phone call back. I had to call them back. I was the only issue but getting the car there they fit me in on New Year’s Eve, which I’m so thankful for They looked at the tires. They fixed them up, took the nails out of them and they were so wonderfully polite even a wonderful man in the waiting room and we had a very long conversation. Definitely go here.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This shop and staff are Incompetent, untrained, and give poor service. The shop damaged my rims doing a basic tire installation which will now require the rims to have to be replaced and neither the assistant manager Cade or the store manager Wally know what to do when they damage a customers car. They even Installed one directional tire the wrong way on my rim which I will have to have fixed by a more competent shop. Not to mention the extreme body odor and filthy dirt/grease marks left inside my vehicle. I was even the 1st appointment of the day! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the lowest the scale goes. DO NOT LET THIS STORE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Update: Goodyear started a claim to repair the damage to my vehicle but its been a month of me emailing/calling and I cannot get any response from them on my claim to get the damage repaired. Goodyear is horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I could give these guys more than just a review. Our breaks went out completely, fluid leaked everywhere. My daughter and I were stuck in Peoria and these guys not only got us in on the fly but they were so nice, so professional, so kind and so patient. We had a huge bill that they worked hard to lower by a few hundred dollars and it was very close to closing and one of the guys walked out of ths office and said "I promise this will be done before we close, I will make sure of that". Which was exceedingly kind as it was saturday evening and they arent open sunday so wed have to wait to get picked up by my husband, and then drive an hour 15 minutes on Monday to get our vehicle. That wasnt even the manager who made the promise, it was one of the workers. Every single person working went out of their way today for us!!!

The store manager, Koby, and his team have been absolutely wonderful. I am a very relational vs transactional person when it comes to things that are important to me. Like most people, my car is very important to me. I initially went in to seek help finding tires for one of me and my boyfriend's vehicles and he was beyond helpful. He helped in the store and I told him I had to go home to research and also talk to my bf about which tires he preferred and ended up calling Koby multiple times during this process. I'm a high anxiety person and he managed everything so well and never once made me feel like I was a bother. Fast forward to when we were getting the tires installed and I had to have them pull my car in to get checked when we were picking the truck up due to me running over something. Well, the spot it was in couldn't be patched and I figured to go ahead and replace my tires since they were needing replaced anyways. Once again, high anxiety person .... I was nervous deciding which tires and talked to Koby about my needs and what kind of driver I am. The most important thing for me was to be safe because I have young kids and winter was right around the corner. He recommended the Discovered Weather ready 2's saying they were highly rated for the snow but were good for all conditions. Well, we just got 10 inches of snow over the weekend and when I say I felt like I was driving on dry asphalt... I did not slip, slide, feel uncomfortable or anything. I have been raving about these tires and Goodyear. I waited until I'd driven on snow to leave this review lol We did purchase their 3 year alignment deal for both vehicles and when we went in to get oil changes, we both had our tires aligned with no additional cost because of this amazing program. Back to the beginning of me being more relational ... I feel as though I can trust Koby and his team and by that, he has gained a customer for life. Thanks for taking care of me and family!

Dan great guy I would consider a friend. i had to go back the next day to get my tires and he was super helpful, im anxious when it comes to my car because its older and i dont wanna spend so much money on it. Koby the store manager was on point he was always everywhere making sure you had satisfaction and reassurance on your car. they gave me all reports back from what they checked. they didn't lie to me and say this needs fixed now they gave me guesstimate on when to get them changed or fixed.
