Called last July to be placed on the list for the 2023 Z06 Corvette. Called and they placed me with Tena who was a Corvette team member.... she supposedly placed me on the list and I had to always reach out to find out information about where we were in the process, as of today 4/19/23.... I reached out again because their email only works 1 direction and to find out that they have no allocations! Not a sorry, let me help or nothing!! What a sorry excuse of a dealership and sketchy af! The communication is non existent! To treat someone willing to spend $150K+, I'd think they would approach it a whole lot differently! I just ordered a Hennessey H700 Corvette! Real product, Real organization!

0 stars. We had a vehicle in for service that should have been covered by the platinum warranty we purchased from Uftring Weston. We told the service department about the warranty prior to any work being done. The service department said the service was not covered and we agreed to have the work done. We checked with the warranty company and it was a covered service after all. We showed the service department where the warranty coverage stated it was a service covered and they said it was not covered. They even argued that is was definitely not covered. We paid over $1500 out of pocket. We contacted the warranty company directly to find out the service department NEVER called the warranty company and it is a covered service. Update: Uftring Weston Service Manager called to try to make this situation right after seeing our reviews. We appreciate them reaching out.

I had left a two star rating, but it seems as if my rating is gone. Just an update. My vehicle was in the shop for a week. In the process they lost my K&N air filter and they ended up buying me a new one and delivering it to my house. Communication was poor throughout the week. The tech diagnosed that I needed a new cat. I had just installed a used cat, so I didn't think that was the problem. To my service rep's credit, he too agreed with me so he had the shop manager relook and try to diagnose my problem. He too, said bad cat. I paid $170 and picked up my car. It ended up being a bad cat. The ONLY thing I did to my vehicle after picking it up from them was replace the cat, and now it runs like it did before.

My wifeCalled earlier in the week to get an oil change in my 2024 Cadillac CT4 and was told Dec 5 was the soonest they could get it in. Car has 4900 miles on it and I’m getting ready to put 2000 more on it and wanted to get oil changed since it would be the first one. So I called this morning and was told by Gary that they were full and couldn’t get me in until the Dec 5 appointment. I told of the circumstance and said I want it changed today because I didn’t feel comfortable putting the 2000 miles on a first oil change. He all I can tell you I’d bring it over and drop it off and we will try and get it in before the guys go home at 4:00 this afternoon. They never offered me a car to drive while mine is sitting all day with a well try and get it in. When I bought it they said oh our service is great and if you bring your car in and they can’t get right to it they will give you a car to drive. Very unhappy with this type of service from a Cadillac dealership and after my Dec 5 appt to fix a recall I probably won’t go back to this service dept.

Took my car in for a "service stability trak" light...found out it just needed brake fluid, But they advised and documented that there was no leak, who ever had replaced my calipers last 2 years ago must not have added brake fluid. Paid them $380 for brake fluid and diagnostics. 1 day after I picked up my vehicle. I started noticing puddles in my driveway On my driver's side under the tire. Had my buddy come take a look. Turns out it did have a leak. It was leaking from the seal on the caliper, but they did not catch that. Calipers were under warranty. So I bought a new one and had it replaced on my own. But if I had gotten an accident because my brakes locked up or went out who knows what could have happened? I just couldn't believe they didn't catch that it was leaking. Makes me question paying $170 for diagnostics PER ISSUE... because whose even actually checking. But Denise in Service is great! Not her fault at all!!

We return to them, because they know how to treat people, and are a dealership that always does right by the customer. Tena Nichelson is my go-to sales person at Uftring. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and a joy to work with. She will go out of her way to make you at home, and find the right vehicle for you. Working with Tena, Brandon, Brad, Braedon, and everyone else is always a great experience. Their employees in management, sales, and service are honest, and trustworthy, and work had to earn your business and keep your business. We have purchased at least 10 vehicles from this dealer, and I know when I go there, I can trust them, and they will do what they say.

I took my Chevy SSR to this company after checking to make sure they could work on this limited vehicles convertible roof. I was happy to get the news they could repair it and immediately took it in. It ended up being a 3 month process. During that 3 months I had to constantly call to see what was going on instead of being updated with the status of everything. 2 phone calls in a 3 month period is unacceptable. I was also told that my check engine light was on due to a fuel sensor and I agreed to also have that repaired. Fast forward after terrible communication and finally getting my vehicle back I do have a successful operating convertible roof, but I also have a check engine light right back on just a hour after getting my vehicle. Ive also gotten a bad oil sensor installed in my Suburban here before although they did correct that. I expected much better service from a company that carries the Chevrolet name. Happy about my roof but not at all happy about the sensor or service.
