We were on our way to O’Reilly Auto parts to have a battery tested. We happened to be driving by Advanced Auto and decided to stop there. It was sprinkling outside and the person working in the store said he couldn’t test our battery because he didn’t want to get his equipment wet. We got back in the car and went to O’Reillys where they tested our battery and helped us put a new one in. 5 star service from O’Reilley and 0 stars for Advanced Auto.

Worst parts experience I’ve ever had. Took 40 minutes standing at the counter for oil, and oil filter, thermostat, and valve cover gaskets for a Chevy 350 small block. Cashier for every part (including the oil filter) had to ask the manager for help. Looked up the hvac system for a thermostat. Thought the valve cover gaskets were value covers. At least hire someone that has a basic understanding of where parts go. I transferred my commercial business to Napa a year ago and have never run into any like this since. Go elsewhere

I haven't been to an Advance Auto Part location in years and my visit here was discouraging. I walked in, the store was empty, and the three store associates were making fun of each other and calling each other names. Then they proceeded to start doing the same thing to me before I left! It took a while for me to register what was going on, because it has been years since I've been in High School. Stay away from his location, there is an Auto Zone and O'Reilly's less than a mile away. So, it turns out the three associates were so busy making fun of everyone that they forgot to put all of my items in the bag. So, I had to go back to this store location!! This would be funny if it wasn't the truth. A different cashier was working and I told him that I'm missing two of my items and showed him the receipt and he looked at me as if I was lying. He walks back there and finds the other cashier that checked me out, and turns out he had sat my other two items behind the counter in case I would return smh lol. So, now the dude that thought I was lying becomes semi helpful. I will not be back to this location thats for sure. Also, my order was over a $100, why I subjected myself to a second round of passive aggressive abuse.

I normally find that the people that help me in the store are very helpful. this is one of the reasons I like coming back. I just struggle with the fact that you can buy their product from their website for less money than in the store. Went to the store to buy brakes and discs for $350 in store they told me to sign up for their perks with their app and when I did they told me that I could buy the same stuff from them for 20% less if I just bought it online?? I am not sure of the reasoning....

I have never met such a rude person as the man working. I was not a customer, but delivering a package from another company. He refused to sign for it ( as is our policy). And as I was trying to make him understand that I needed a signature.... Told me nope and walked away. Thankfully another employee came over, signed and apologized for the rude man.

Went to the store on September 5, 2025 just to get a light bulb for a blown out tail light. I was pleasantly surprised by the service of the crew. Willie Hamlet and Hunter Brown not only installed both of tail lights for me (which I didn't expect), but explained to me why my truck was having difficulties in the first place and helped ensure that the flooding inside of the panel would not happen again. For those of us that are not mechanically inclined, the store was a welcomed stop. They also recommended a fuel cleaner that was effective. Every employee was very friendly and very helpful.

I stopped by today. It’s been a very long time since I visited an advanced auto store. I have to say this was one of my worst experiences ever I probably would never go into an advance. I felt not only not seen. The staff made me feel like they didn’t even care. I literally came in to buy power steering fluid. There was a gentleman in front of me at the counter getting helped . There was another man in the back and it looked like he was messing with a computer but also putting up items-in the back, the gentleman upfront that was helping the Customer He asked the man in the back to come up and help me after waiting about five minutes it’s only me and the guy in front of me in the storeafter I politely excuse myself and asked if someone could check me out because I have to get back to work the The manager, I’m assuming He was because the guy in the back When he answered he said OK boss, I’m looking directly at him. He’s just sitting there On the computer, totally ignoring the fact that he just called him up to help the Customer after watching him for about three minute i just put my bottle down on the counter and I walked out. I felt like they were Judging me off of the color of my skin, I am a counselor I was professional Dressed I hate to throw that out, but that’s how they made me feel like servicing me was not accepted, so I politely put the bottle down and I walked out just in case you guys would like to look at footage it was about 1:45 PM- 2 pm 2/12/26 that was the worst service I ever had I feel like if I was to ever stepped into an advance, I will get Lynched
