They overcharged and did not fix my problem ..charged me 500 for a new radiator !! My problem still persisted and they tried to charge me 200 to change spark plugs if I brought my own spark plugs.. I’ll never go back I have No respect for them .

You knew she passed and I relayed the message NO more checks were to be cashed..better hope this don’t bite you cause I sure will go see what can be done.. I don’t have money to shell out to cover something you were told to STOP doing..

I recently bought a used car the sunroof was not working to the point where water came in as I went through the car wash. I was quoted a price that was way more than I wanted to pay, they did not charge me for the inspection like the dealer wanted to for 120$ just to tell me what was wrong. I asked if they could just seal it, they said sure and charged me 50$, I took it through the car wash to check if it was sealed because from the outside and inside I couldn’t tell, that’s how good of a job they did, no water came through. I’m happy happy happy.

Took my car in to have a mass air flow sensor replaced ended up with a 1500$ bill because we needed a few things done, only to have to take it back a month later to have the same mass air flow sensor replaced and ended up with another 1200$ bill because some how we needed some more work done. This shop will do repairs without asking foot you the bill then tell you that you genuinely needed it. Do not trust this shop. The 2nd time i took it in, he claims we needed a valve cover replacement, which is a 70$ part yet some how walked away with a 1100$ bill, AND MY CAR STILL ISN’T DRIVING RIGHT!

I have visited this business several times in the last 2-3 years for a variety of car repairs. Staffed with several technicians, Carl makes sure the needs of his customers are well and timely served. Why am I writing this review today? I happen to recently have traded my car with a kinda new one, which would mean less visits to an auto shop. Besides, my new car has warranty. Do not Trust !!!!! Do not Trust!!!!! My car had timing issue, I approached brush automotive.. they said my car needs new timing and estimated $1500 then I asked I’m putting $1500 on 136,000 miles car they said it works great and worth. Then they suggested change the water pump estimated $600 they said it’s worth doing timing along with water pump and then i tried driving my car it’s not moving. Then they said i need new exhaust system. I brought the parts and paid for fixing exhaust. Then I drove my car still there is no power from engine When I approached the brush automotive They are saying it’s not our fault your engine has oil burning issue you need to replace the engine and asking for another $6500 Is it the way repair shop work? Please don’t believe this shop be careful They doesn’t don’t diagnose the car , you have to keep paying the parts and labor I ended up spend $3000 on old car and all my effort and money went wasted Never ever trust and pay, don’t believe if they say car works if you fix some issue It happened twice in my case, in the past I paid twice for my AC repair It’s the place collect money double for single repair

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your vehicle to this place for anything!! I took my daughter’s car here to get the a/c looked at because it wasn’t working. They told me it was the a/c tube and they charged the a/c. This visit cost me 329.00! We had her car home for two days and the a/c still wasn’t working. So we took it back to them for the second time and told them the a/c still wasn’t working. So they looked at it again and said that it was a valve expansion that they had to fix. They then charged me an additional 290.00. They did the work on her vehicle without even calling me to discuss the issue or the cost of it. When we got home her A/c stopped working again. So we took her car back AGAIN (for the 3rd time). Now they are saying that the a/c compressor is “bad” and that it is going to cost an additional 676.00!!! I said “you’re not touching anything and we went to pick up her car. The owner even said that this issue should have been fixed on day one! But he sure isn’t going to reimburse for his employees or his incompetence!These people are crooks and incompetent!!! I strongly advise that nobody takes their vechicle to this shop!! It does not take 3 trips to have your vehicle fixed!!! Absolutely insanity!! Horrible customer service and VERY crooked!!!!!
