Would not trust they people for simple oil change I brought it in for recall was denied an charged for them looking at car and not putting it back together was left taken apart and they parked next to the brick wall I scratched the whole door and they wouldn’t be responsible and wouldn’t allow to few video of them parking it beware they switched their dealer number to avoid law suit beware stay away zero responsibility left spark plugs on top of hood side and bolts zero responsibility beware

My experience started when I inquired about a Palisade online. I was hopeful to get a 2025 in a pretty color and we needed bench seating on the second row. I was contacted by Dontae via text message and video of several vehicles. It was a very cold morning. I believe 19 degrees. He was out in the cold, showing me several vehicles inside and out. We drove over that evening and went home with the Palisade in Sierra Red. It is a fabulous Suv. A salesman named Mike went on the test drive, due to Dontae helping another customer. It was after 6 when we arrived so we had to return a day or so later and a gentleman named Clayton went over all the bells and whistles. (Dontae did offer to come to me, we live an hour away) I am enjoying this vehicle very much. I test drove several other brands and the Palisade has the zip I was looking for. Wow what a beautiful line of cars. Thanks for a great experience. You have found one of the best with Mike Miller Hyundai.

Troy Cook and his management/finance team bluntly lied to our faces regarding interest rates and add-ons. Stood up mid process and walked out. I will pay thousands of dollars somewhere else before I return to a place like this with deceptive practices. Honesty and integrity are core values for me and something I do not believe they have.
