This our 3rd purchase from Mike Miller and I’m thoroughly pleased! The service I received from Troy Cook was exceptional (as usual)!!! He’s super cool. I hate sitting in dealerships for hours on end, but at Mike Miller’s my family and I are treated like family, so I enjoyed my car buying experience. Shout out to Derek Demanes too for doing a great job on the money side of things! I love my car. As a family, we love Mike Miller’s and we NEVER buy anywhere else!

It was my first time dealing with Mike Miller Hyundai dealership. I was hesitant at first. I needed to get my car checked right away since I heard a noise and didn't know what it was. As soon as I pulled into the dealership maintenance part, I walked into the office and as I approached the counter they asked me can we help you. This young man named Justin was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I explained to him the noise I heard coming from my car and he listened and took my concern seriously. I had advised him that my warranty company needed to be notified also. He responded with compassion and respect. I didn't even buy my car there and they were still nice about it. I was treated with much respect here. I am definitely recommending Mike Miller Hyundai. Really nice people. They even let me get a loaner when my car was going to take a while before I would get it back. Who does that? They did!😁 Thanks Justin and Mike Miller!!!! 09/12/2025 I went to Mike Miller for a car situation and I needed to get out of a car that I had. Jesse and the manager Eli was on their game. They explained everything to me and my sister about my situation and how they could help me resolve the problem. Although Jesse had just started at Mike Miller, he came in on his day off to make this deal happen. Wow!! Who does that! A person who is dedicated. Eli the Manager was very upfront and didn't hide any of the tough details. The people here will get the job done right. They are all professional, welcoming, and compassionate to each situation. I definitely will recommend anyone to this dealership!! They are Awesome!!!! 01/30/26 I took my car in for an oil change and I had to be out of there by 1:00 pm to make it to my next appointment. I had a 9:30 am and I was early they didn't mind. They had me in and out the door before 10:00 am talk about fast. Boy they do a terrific job. Keep up the good work Mike Miller and crew. Love it! 😀

Purchased my car with Mike Miller prior to the change. Service has gone downhill bad with the recent changeover. Very rude staff. I will not buy a car here again. I have several coworkers that have cars from here and have had similar experiences. I am hearing stories around Peoria of displeased customers also. I dread going in for an oil change anymore. They call to ask you about your experience the following day and you tell them it was poor and they say they are sorry to hear that and nothing changes. I could go on and on. They suck!!!

NOT IMPRESSED WITH MIKE MILLER HYUNDAI OF PEORIA. I think my vehicle got forgotten about. It was on the their lot for three weeks just to get the passenger windshield wiper arm replaced under warranty. Communication was terrible. The only time I got results is when I called in to question the delays and repairs. Chris and Mr. Kelly were my service advisors. Always polite on the phone with NO results at the end of the conversation The excuse was waiting on parts. This is my first experience with Hyundai warranty service and I'm disappointed. What good is industry leading warranty if you can't get the service completed in the timely manner?

Took our Tucson in for service due to the HUD and instrument cluster randomly flashing on/off or going blank for a bit and coming back on or rebooting while driving. The service writer met me at the car and was attentive to my concerns and very professional. The waiting area is spotless and comfortable with free tea, coffee and water. Nothing to complain about. The shuttle driver was friendly and very personable. The car was serviced in the window I was told it would be and was clean and waiting for me when I arrived. Only reason I’m not rating my review higher is less than a week after being ‘fixed’ the problems have returned and we’ve had to make a second service appointment.

Before I went in, I tried doing everything online to avoid talking to anyone inside. Turns out that would’ve been the biggest mistake because I wouldn’t have gotten to meet their incredible team!! I’ve always bought from uftring jeep, so I was kinda leery. This was my first time here and let me tell you, i had the best time-even with a toddler. Love my Santa Fe!!! Mike Miller's customer service quality has declined greatly. They did not fix my optima when it was under warranty, they just ignored what I had to say until it was out of warranty. When I reached out I was met with apathy of oh that was someone else, we are owned by someone new now. From my call today where they said they would send my car to the impound yard i was waiting on correspondence back from the dealership about trading in my 2 vehicles to purchase one. As well as trying to see if kia did agree to cover the issue because i brought it up when it was under warranty. All the response i got was well someone should've called you, but that wasnt me. Thanks m8ke miller, you're the best. I will not be purchasing anything else from there, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Had an AMAZING experience at Mike Miller Hyundai when we were out test driving different SUV’s! Michael and Jess accompanied us on our test drive of the Palisade. We were so grateful for their personalities and Michael’s wealth of knowledge is just outstanding! There’s no way we could have figured out how to use HALF of the technology without his guidance. The Palisade far surpasses the alternatives and is very luxurious for an SUV. Bonus is it fits short statures perfectly!! For the first time in our lives, we bought a new vehicle the same night we did a test drive!! We also feel that we have new, fun, fellow dog lover friend in Michael!

Honestly no stars. Every time I go there it’s always immediate. Upsell upsell upsell. The service is fine, and everyone is conversational, but I don’t go to get my car serviced to feel like I need to make a purchase. I just want what I paid for. This time I paid for a tire rotation and oil change and the upsell was an oil filter, new tires, a cabin filter and I didn’t even get my tires rotated. Beyond that, my lug nut lock was missing when they returned my car. When I called about it I was told I would get a call back. When I called the second time to follow up the next day, the customer service agent I spoke with even agreed it would be bad if I didn’t have it and got a flat tire. I was told someone would follow up shortly. Nobody followed up. My husband had to go to the dealership in person and get a bit assertive in order for action to be taken. This seems to be how an experience at this location goes more often than not at this location. Previously, I have even chosen to drive to Bloomington to get an oil change and tire rotation just to avoid nonsense. I would not recommend doing business here.

Matt greeted me at my car as soon as I pulled in. I had some technical questions about my sound system and he was able to help me. He went above a beyond. He grabbed a USB out of the office to see if this was the issue. Turned out that it was! Mike Miller is by far one of the greatest dealerships I've ever dealt with with maintenance on my car. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle in 2014, I also purchased a pre-paid service plan that included oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services. Before buying it, I specifically asked whether the plan expired. I explained that I drive very low mileage and wouldn’t be using the services frequently. I was clearly told the plan never expired, which is why I agreed to purchase it. During my most recent visit, I was informed that my plan had actually expired after 10 years and that it would no longer be honored. While they covered this last visit as a courtesy, I was told they would not honor any remaining services going forward. Apparently, under previous ownership, expired contracts were still being honored and advertised that way. Since the change in ownership, that policy has ended. While the current dealership may not be legally obligated to honor it, that does not change the fact that the plan was sold to me under the assurance that it would not expire. I feel misled and deceived. I would not have purchased this plan had I been told the full truth. Trust is everything in the service industry, and this experience has caused me to lose confidence in this dealership’s integrity and business practices. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Great purchase experience. We walked in for a test drive, possible purchase, with/without a trade in. No pressure. Listened to what I was interested in/wanted. Focused on me, as the vehicle was for me vs talking to my husband and ignoring me (something we’ve experienced with previous purchases at other car dealerships). Knew the vehicles. Gave us a fair deal on the trade in. Did everything in under 2 hours, they got everything extra we purchased done that day, and we picked up our new suv the next am. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. I originally had been in an accident, my car was demolished, and due to COVID, dealerships were very short on inventory. Mike Miller was the first to call me with a brand new Elantra, straight off the truck, and was not already spoken for. I purchased it on the spot, and they held it until the insurance money came through (it could’ve been sold many times over before I actually picked it up!). To this day, I continue to drive to Peoria from Springfield for maintenance. I have always been treated well and had prompt service. Highly recommended!!
