Can’t make this stuff up….I was driving my car home yesterday after getting almost $700 of work done on both front tires (from another place). On Lake Ave, I noticed that my passenger front Tire was burning and I could see all the smoke. I Pulled into O’Reilly and yeah I was pretty upset because it was the worst few days of asking for rides to work and other things I won’t mention. I ran in there and I’m like “help, my car is burning” lol. Well this nice guy with a mechanic shirt that said Cannon Automotive was in there paying. He dropped everything and came out and immediately identified the problem. Appearently the other place failed to install a new tire hose. He offered to tow my car to his shop and he and his crew found the part in Peoria on University. He picked it up and quickly installed the hose. I was only 30 mins late to work and I’m never late so no one cared lol. Thank you Brandon and his team for being at the right place at the right time and for all your help yesterday! I highly recommend Cannon Auto in East Peoria i you want honest, patient and experienced people to fix your car!!

My truck 2018 gmc went into limp mode heading to Springfield wouldn't go over 10 mph and rpms were high called aaa got it towed to a shop in morton they told me it was computer and it needed to be replaced so I agreed and then got a call saying it was still in limp mode and that they needed more time waited 2 weeks called and they were still lost my grandson told me about a shop in peoria cannon's and I might have better luck there so I called the guy answered very nice and knowledgeable told me they could tow it from where it was and take a look got a call the next day after they picked it up and told me it was ready and it was just some wiring bad they found during diagnosis and repaired I'm so greatful for there quick response and honesty customer from here on out thanks to all you guys..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! i paid 300$ for this shop to do absolutely nothing. For them to “diagnose it” they popped the hood and charged me 130$ don’t waste your time with this place i’m telling you. Anywhere else is better I wish I never would’ve taken my car here im so pissed. they will scam you out of your money and these men don’t work for nothing there out here catching checks.

I had my Buick at a shop for one month. They were checking it and couldn't come up with a solution, so I decided to have it towed. I contacted Cannon's to have it towed, as I was recommended by the secretary at the shop. My car was there; they came, picked it up, and brought it to my house. While talking to the nice man when he was unloading it at my house, I was venting about what was going on. I'd had a rental car for a month now. He said he would love to take a look at it at their shop and told me he would tow it back free of charge if they couldn't figure out the problem, which I thought was the selling point. What could it hurt? Needless to say 3 days later they called and told me that I need a sensor of some sort and the wiring to it replaced I agreed and got a call later that day letting me know I could come pick it up that it was running and fixed these guys are are amazing I spent $725.00 on a rental car when the fix was only $340.00 picked my car up and its back running great...
