Absolutely amazing place! Called yesterday morning because my car was leaking coolant, and Allen told me to bring my car in that afternoon and he’d take a look at it. When I arrived to drop off my car, he was so incredibly nice. As a woman the customer service at auto shops isn’t typically the best. That wasn’t an issue here! When they sent me my vehicle condition report, he was very patient with me asking questions and explained everything very well. They had my car fixed by the next afternoon, and I let him know how thankful I was for him just being kind. He let me know that they treat everyone that comes in there like family, and that nobody should be taken advantage of.
I will absolutely be returning here for all of my future car issues. Thank you guys!

Big City Auto is one of the last few decent Car/Truck Repair shops we have here in Peoria. They did a fantastic job with putting a new cylinder head on my 2002 Chevy s10. I called a few other shops before calling Big City Auto to see if they did engine repair and the answer was a firm no. Very appreciative & satisfied with the work Big City Auto does for their customers.

I’ve only been here twice. And the first time they told me it was gonna take a week to diagnose maybe, but they ended up doing it the same day and had a diagnosis that was confirmed by 2 sources. And they did it for free because they knew I was in a bind. I recently swapped parts on a newer vehicle and had an issue arise, without taking it in anywhere, I called them and told them the symptoms and before i even finished they had the answer. And they were right. Best service ever. Allen is a great guy. The whole team is. I never recommend anywhere but here.
