I must say the entire experience from an initial phone call to get an appointment to come in and get an estimate to Carstar working with my insurance to performing the repair was a pleasurable experience and the car looked like new. Carstar got my car in quickly after an initial estimate and back to me VERY quick as well. I recommend using Carstar to repair any body damage and I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you Jonah for taking care of my car and pass on my compliments to all those that fixed it.

CarStar was listed as a premium shop for the insurance I was going through. I chose places a lot off of reviews and other customers experiences. I haven't lived in Peoria long, so I wanted to make sure I took my car somewhere that I could trust and knew would do a great job. When you go to CarStar, your main point of contact is Jonah. Each time I talked to him, his voice was always calm and he seemed very patient. For a young gentleman, he is great with people! My car repairs were delayed due to some things out of anyone's hands, other parts had to be ordered and he kept me up to date as needed during the repairs. He even went out of his way to keep Hertz updated on the repairs in regards to me having my rental car longer than planned. Jonah also stayed late on a Friday for me, so I was able to pick up my before the weekend instead of having to wait until Monday. Not a lot of people would be willing to do this, but he did for me which goes a long way. No one ever wants to have to be out of a car or have to to through this process due to a car accident, but I swear, if I need these services again, I know exactly where I'm going. Nice people and great customer service goes a long way now a days and its nice to have someone who cares.
