2 weeks ago I went in needing a new battery. Sabrina was such a huge help, she was professional, informative and easy going. There were other people also getting new batteries so I had to wait a little bit for mine to be installed for me. Everything was done in a timely manner especially considering the below freezing temperatures. It was also really refreshing to see a woman who knew her stuff in such a male-dominated workspace. :)

There always seems to be a new person there every time i go in. A 2 minute check out turns into a hassle. But, if you need your headlights installed or any other help, they'll do it. It's just a matter of how much time you spend there. If you have 10 minutes to kill before work, this probably isn't the place.

Five stars to the manager who actually helped me. Lizzay? Im sorry i forgot how to spell it. Please forgive me. You put the part on hold for me, and didn't deny me any sevice. Definitely not the store manager and definitely not one of the red shirts. I've been working for the company for a while. I have never met anybody more dismissive than those other two people that answered my call. Even after my part was already put on hold and I called back I was told that "we do not save carts or put items on hold." I'VE WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FOR YEARS. EITHER YOUR STORE HAS A DIFFERENT SYSTEM THEN ALL THE OTHERS, OR IM BEING BSed. And I'm not about to be told it's because of dynamic slotting. I worked in that store personally before moving to Kentucky. And I've worked in Dynamic slotting stores. More training needs to be done not just in the lower levels but obviously in the higher levels as well.

I spoke with tony ( a grey shirt) on the phone for approximately fifteen minutes. I had an issue with the university store, that he was trying to help me figure out. He was kind,compassionate, understanding. He looked every Where For a part that I paid for over, the phone. He also looked under my phone number He could. Not find anything and was very apologetic. He had advised me to go on ahead and contact the district manager due To the situation. Which I will be doing in the morning. Recently I was stranded in Peoria after helping granddaughter move from Alabama, my car's alternator needed replaced. I could not get appointment with Honda for two weeks, could not get appointment with other repair shops, could not even get return phone calls!! Had Autozone perform diagnostics check, the attendant there, LEVI was exceptionally helpful even gave me the name of a mechanic, CHARLES who came and installed it in their parking lot that same day!! Charles of Charles Garage on W McClure Ave. was super helpful, even guaranteed his work. Would rate him a 9.5 out of 10. Autozone staff were great, very friendly, super helpful.
