I spoke with tony ( a grey shirt) on the phone for approximately fifteen minutes. I had an issue with the university store, that he was trying to help me figure out. He was kind,compassionate, understanding. He looked every Where For a part that I paid for over, the phone. He also looked under my phone number He could. Not find anything and was very apologetic. He had advised me to go on ahead and contact the district manager due To the situation. Which I will be doing in the morning.
