Stopped in last week for an oil change and a recall software update. Was told it all take about 90 minutes. After nearly 3 hours I asked the service advisor to see what issue was and he apologized and confirmed it would only be another 15-20 minutes. About 10 minutes later the service manger joe approached me and said that my oil change and tire rotation was on the house for the inconvenience in time. I really appreciate that guys. Saved me at least $100!

WORSE place I done took my car too by far!!! I was having problems with my a/c; took it in paid for one diagnostic just for them to tell me I need a HVAC control panel which wasn’t the case at all, and like a dummy I let them talk me into running another diagnostic to “find the real problem” which as they stated was my BCM was bad “looks like something was spilled into it” word for word what they said so I was out 700$ just for the problem to not be fix. Fun fact I took it to affordable auto repairs in pekin,IL wonderful service by the way to find out what was the REAL problem and neither thing Green Chevrolet told me was the problem all I need was a a/c relay and a couple new wiring into the BCM….

(I wrote this review in 2021. Somehow it is not showing up. I guess they just paid Google to delete it). Today is my first time to be here. Very bad experience I would say. The reason I came here is to fix a recall. And I thought the 12V power outlet is not working so I asked them for a quote. The lady said it costs $100 for just diagnosing the issue. Though it is too much for me, I said OK... then 3 hours later the lady called me saying that the issue is very bad and they need 2 more hours just for the diagnosis, which will add another $200 to it! I was surprised and said No this time. And the lady still charged me $50 for the half hour they spent. Looks reasonable, ha? Then I went back, and tested the power outlet. It wasn’t broken at all. Actually it’s my adapter broken!!! So, what the hell were they doing for the “half hour” they charged? They didn’t do anything and was still trying to charge me for $300 in order to get the problem “fixed”, where there is nothing needs to be fixed at all! Really bad experience. Will never go back to this place
