As with all service and repair work over the years with the 5 Range Rovers we have owned, all items of the work, including replacement of lower control arms, rear brakes, tires, alignment and an oil change, were performed within the estimated time limits and previous cost estimates. The vehicle now handles and rides like new, thanks to the effort and expertise of the repair team. I highly recommend them.

Professional and clean, upscale dealership with very good customer service. Only downside was I had said at the beginning that my car couldn’t have a car wash due to a recent paint repair, but they ran it thru anyway. The wash (I’m assuming) also left streaks on my Jaguar, and there was also a piece of covering hanging down on the undercarriage of my car.

I visited this dealership on 10/20/23 and the customer service was excellent. I felt like I was important to them which unfortunately, many businesses do not have that kind of hospitality. My Jaguar has been having problems with the door locks since early September because no none else was as knowledgeable as this dealership. I went from a month and a half of suffering, to my car being fixed in less than a couple of hours. Thank you so much, I can finally lock my car. This was the best customer service ever!!!

I took my car in for my oil change and an alignment. They checked a warning light that I mentioned and they found my water pump to be faulty and replaced it (under my warranty). My car was handled efficiently, communication was great and my car was clean inside and washed when I went to pick to up. I was very VERY pleased and happy with Jaguar Land Rover’s service department, their team of mechanics, Aaron within the service department and their sales team. It’s a great place to do business.

I am on my third JLR product from this company. Sales staff has been great every time and service has been better than I’ve ever had at any other dealer of any brand. The car is always ready within 15 minutes of when they say it will be and it’s always washed and detailed before i pick it up. They Do Not recommend any service that i don’t need. Also, service is always correct and well documented. Jaguars are expensive cars. Accordingly, service is expensive, but i always get what i pay for, Period.
