Wonderful service! Purchased a 2025 ES300h and asked about the Lexus smart key card because I hate carrying a key fob. My last car had one and I loved it. They investigated an I was informed that it was not available on this model, so I shrugged my shoulders and moved on with the purchase. 2-months later they called and said they were ready to install the key card. I was thrilled that they chose to pursue it despite the fact that I had forgotten all about it. They really went the extra mile. Although they were told it was not available, they still got it to work. I am very happy customer!
