When I was in a small "fender bender" and needed auto body repair on the front end of my car, I called my mechanic and was point in the direction of Paint Creations. It was seriously a most excellent experience. Other than being there for me in my time of need and walking me through the process, they also made sure to be extra gracious and reasonable. In my experience I can't recommend them enough.

Customer Service! That's the best way to describe my experience. This was our first accident and we were not exactly sure how the insurance process worked because we were not at fault in the accident. They were very knowledgable about the process and able to walk us through how the insurance claim worked. With our minds at ease it made the process of the car repair easy to handle.

I had a little issue with the bottom of my bumper and I stopped and they went ahead and pulled the car in and in a couple minutes fixed it for me and didn’t charge me anything. They seem extremely over the top on service and taking care of the customer so highly recommend this place!!!!!

I was referred to Paint Creations after an accident with my sports car. I talked with their Estimators Chris and Brian about what vehicle I had and if they would be willing to give me an estimate for repair. I met with Chris shortly after the car was towed to the business. He was very thorough with his overall estimate and pointed out further suspect damage that I never noticed. Once they got the opportunity to look into the said suspected damage they uncovered hidden frame damage that was not repairable. I wasn't prepared for that but due to their diligence into the vehicle inspection I was very glad that I let them do the inspection and found the damage. Needless to say the vehicle was totaled by the Insurance company. Chris and Brian we're not only very professional and passionate about the quality of the repair shop but also shared my loss of a great car. Paint Creations business is a quality ran operation who pride themselves on bringing your vehicle back to the best possible outcome to your satisfaction! Even though my vehicle ended up being non repairable this shop has a tremendous staff of caring and qualified people who represent a body shop that is second to none! Highly recommend! Not a good experience. Brought in my Audi to replace a faded carbon fiber spoiler. Spoiler I was replacing with was given to me when I purchased the car a year ago. They put spoiler on, everything looked fine. Fast forward two weeks and one side is peeling up off the trunk. Brought car back in, Gentleman said that he would be able to "bake" that to shape as it seems to have a lot of "pressure" to it. I don't know what that means, but I am sure it was true. 3 days go by, they call me and tell me that they broke the spoiler trying to put it on and that it wasn't the correct one for the car. So we went from having it installed and having me pick it up, to a problem they can fix, to a broken spoiler that they now claim doesn't fit the car, that so far as I can tell, is about $300.00 to replace. What do you think they did for me? Well, they gave me the $120.00 I spent to have them put the spoiler on to begin with and you know what else? NOTHING. They offered absolutely nothing. They didn't even give me the broken spoiler back. I don't know about you, but if you leave something in my care, and I destroy it, I would compensate you. I would not use them again.

This body shop was outside my preferred shops for my insurance but everything was still covered 100%. I chose them based on reviews! Took a little longer than I expected to get my car back and I did have to bring it back a few times for missed damage and a bad part from the OM but they got it back to square one and it looks great! They were very patient even with my million questions. 👍🏼
