Working with Corey Zauche at Dale Jr GMC was extremely effortless. I’ve negotiated deals before that were a nightmare and lasted way too long. The team at the Dale Jr dealership on Capital circle NE. were very helpful and prompt and honest which is very hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend going to see Corey for your next vehicle purchase.

I give one star because I can't give less than that. I talked to a salesman for 2 days. I told him before I drove over an hour and took off work to get there. Let's get numbers, right. He sent me 4 vehicles within my budget and said come on, let's do paperwork. I got there was greeted, they took pictures of my trade-in then told me that the only help they could give me would be $400 a month above my budget. We never did any paperwork. It was told to me with no papers at all. The manager never even come out to tell me Goodbye. They were not rude. They just wasted almost 3 hours of my time and caused me to take off work for no reason.

While we had always been satisfied with this dealership—and my wife loves her Cadillac—this experience has been so profoundly disappointing that we will never be customers here again. What we encountered was the very definition of a sham and upselling unnecessary services. After having our vehicle repainted, the push-button door unlock stopped working. The body shop advised us to take it to the dealer for troubleshooting and assured us they would cover the diagnostic and repair costs if the issue stemmed from their work. At the dealership, their technicians claimed the problem was the RKE Module (Remote-Control Door Lock Receiver), quoting nearly $1,000 for replacement. They then stated that if this failed to resolve the issue, the Body Control Module would also need to be replaced—at an additional cost of roughly $1,200, totalling around $2500. This diagnosis made no sense from the beginning to me. The right side of the vehicle functioned perfectly, and if the module was bad, nothing would work remotely. As someone with hands-on automotive experience for years, I suspected a wiring issue rather than a failed control module. To validate this, I researched the issue further using AI-assisted technical resources and manufacturer documentation as well as Cadillac repair Forums. That research consistently pointed to wiring —specifically at the door handle and antenna connections—as the most common failure point in situations like this 90 % of the time. We then took the vehicle to a trusted local repair shop after challenging that diagnosis, which made no sense. Within a short time, they confirmed exactly that: the door handles had been installed backwards. The front handles require four wires to communicate with the antenna, while the rear handles use only two. This basic wiring error was the sole cause of the malfunction. When the dealership’s Service manager, Shane (but she asked for the GM, Hmmm), was previously presented with the possibility of a wiring issue, he dismissed it outright—clearly offended that we questioned the judgment of his highly trained technicians and their claimed decades of experience. He even stated, somewhat petulantly, that if the problem turned out to be wiring-related, he would pay for the repair out of his own pocket. Ironically, wiring issues account for the majority of failures of this type and should have been the very first thing checked. When my wife later returned with the $385 invoice from the competent local mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem by swapping the handles, his tone abruptly changed. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and certainly no follow-through on the promise to reimburse my wife for that expense. Instead, the conversation shifted to small talk, as though the entire situation could simply be ignored. The bottom line is this: this dealership demonstrated a willingness to recommend expensive, unnecessary repairs rather than perform honest, methodical diagnostics—even when basic wiring checks would have resolved the issue. We once trusted them for service and maintenance. That trust has now been completely broken. We are extremely disappointed—and will not be returning.

Car was a little over priced for market value, but hey every business is in business to make money. . But the experience was good. Should def check out their hummer EV it was awesome. Service dept is great. Sales manager will do his best to work with you to get a deal done. Although was told different things by finance and by sales. Only got a single key and sales wanted me to pay cost instead of eating the 200 bucks for a key on a 33k Cadillac. Seems to be a tad penny pinching. Finance manager was the absolute bomb though. He was great all around. Would go back just because of him and the service manager. Everyone was good. But those two stand out.

Travis was amazing! He was so helpful, and very patient with me. I was a first time car buyer and he made sure everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about the car’s features and he took the time to explain everything to me. I am planning on keeping my beautiful Cadillac CT5 V for a while but whenever I’m ready to trade it, I would definitely come back to Dale Earnhardt Jr and see Travis. The manager, Austin worked with me to se what was going to be the best for me as well and I really appreciate all his help. I would 100% recommend Dale Earnhardt Jr. Cadillac Tallahassee.

This was my first appointment with the service dept and it was phenomenal. From the time I made the appointment, to the confirmation emails, into me walking in the door for my appointment. I was greeted by a very nice lady welcoming me to the service dept. She asked my name and let me know whom my service advisor would be. My service advisor was Mr. George Bell. This guy is what you wish for whenever you're looking for great customer service. George made sure I was checked in and kept me updated through text on everything that was happening with my vehicle. Which I found to be an awesome service they're using to keep the customers updated. I was in and out under 2hours. I'm very happy of the service received and would definitely recommend DEI for all services for Cadillac, and GMC, etc vehicles .

My husband previously left a review after discovering issues with our vehicle through his own research. The dealership responded publicly with, “We are very disappointed to hear about your recent experience. We would like the opportunity to address your concerns. Please reach out to us directly…” When I personally visited the dealership and spoke with the General Manager, I showed him what my husband had found. Instead of investigating the issue, he said he was offended and emphasized that his technicians had “over 40 years of experience.” I told him we planned to take the vehicle to another automotive shop for a second opinion. At that point, he stated that if it turned out to be a wiring issue (which is what my husband suspected), he would pay for the repair out of his own pocket. We then took the vehicle to Autocare Services. They discovered that the door handles had been installed backwards, which caused the left side to malfunction. The repair cost was $340, and the handles now work correctly. This was a far cry from the dealership’s estimate of $2,500 to fix the problem. Despite their public request to “reach out directly,” they already had our contact information, and the General Manager never followed through on his promise to cover the cost of the repair. Unfortunately, their response was all words and no accountability. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We purchased a GMC truck on line and we are very happy with the outcome. Haley Albanese was our sales agent and she went above and beyond sending videos and pictures for us to view the truck because we were not able to travel to Florida. We would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to purchase a vehicle because she was so honest and knowledgeable. Truly a great experience. Thanks again! Gary and Pat Proctor

I cannot say enough what a great experience I have had working with Austin Howze. He is the kindest, professional person I have ever dealt with. He absolutely make the dealership. I am from Tallahassee and know that he also has the best team working with him. He makes things happen with courtesy. I hope he never leaves the dealership because he will have a large following. He does everything he can to make each customer happy, does the right thing, returns calls and is honest! Thank you Dale Earnhardt Jr. Cadillac for having an exceptional employee. Cindy Gray

Stephen M. in the parts department has exceptional customer service, he immediately assisted me as soon as I came in the door. He addressed my battery issue ASAP, and gave service with a smile. I had to post this from this email because Google wouldn’t allow we to post twice at same location. I had gave another employee there a Google review. Lol

I am writing this review on behalf of my senior family members, who have endured months of frustration and disrespect at this dealership. The lack of professionalism and accountability here is alarming, and the way women are treated makes it even worse. We have been dealing with an ongoing issue involving a 2019 Buick Encore that continues to lose all electrical power. Since May 2025, this vehicle has been returned to their service department multiple times for the same issue, total battery failure and power loss. Each visit results in new “suggestions” and added costs, yet the root problem remains unresolved. Even after a brand-new battery and repeated warranty-approved repairs, the car remained undrivable. On the final visit, after not being able to use the vehicle for over a week, the service representative, Mr. George, attempted to give me my change in loose coins instead of asking anyone else if bills were available. Paperwork was also tossed across the counter for me to “look over,” all while being spoken to in a patronizing and dismissive manner. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially toward women advocating for elderly family members. This review is not written lightly. We’ve tried to resolve this directly and respectfully, but the lack of integrity and follow-through has made that impossible. Buyers beware, especially women, particularly when it comes to mechanical problems. A new urgent issue. Warning to Other Buyers – Safety Concern We recently had our 2019 Buick Encore serviced at Dale Earnhardt dealership after experiencing electrical issues. The car was picked up on October 17th, and the very next day, a new, serious problem appeared: the rear of the vehicle is making a loud rattling noise, as if something is coming loose or scraping. This issue did not exist prior to service, and we are afraid to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns. We are extremely disappointed that a car leaving the dealership in supposedly safe condition now has a potentially dangerous problem. Buyers, especially women and senior drivers, please be cautious and ensure thorough inspection before taking your vehicle home. We are currently waiting for the dealership to address this urgent safety issue immediately.
