Great experience. The workers were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I feel good as a woman taking my car to Take 5. I don't worry about being mishandled. This is the only place I'll be taking my car for oil changes. I've never had a questionable experience at Take 5. Would highly recommend this location.

Attendant refused to sell my wife conventional oil or blend, claiming she couldn’t change back after full synthetic. Quite deceptive customer service, especially for customers who are in a rush/ have limited knowledge.

The service was great as soon as I pulled in they met me at my car with a smile and a cold water on a hot day. They got me checked in and scanned. I needed air in one of my tires. They checked all of them and I was out in about five minutes. I highly recommend take five. Thanks😍

Took my car in for an oil change right before Christmas of 2024, to find almost 2 months later after taking my car back to them to tell the problem and their person saw where the pin was dry because of the oil leaking and had to have another mechanic check to see where oil was coming from and found that the person who did my oil change at Take 5 over torqued the drain bolt thus snapping and loosing drain bolt head and crush washer and has been a steady leak since the oil changed. Now when I addressed the problem with them, their claims representative contacts me to say my claim is denied after receiving photos that clearly show the problem. So now 1 month after reaching out to them I have to be adding oil to my car and here I paid $106 and some change for the oil change they said I was fine, will cost $1,122 and some change to repair. I now have to seek legal action to hold them accountable and get my car repaired. They know this isn't fair and the person who did the oil change is no longer at that site. On 3/22/2025 I dialed the so call phone # the owner posted here to select the option for my issue which was "service issue", to get a dial tone after selecting the option so there's no owner to speak with or anyone else for that matter. Look like I have to take this issue to small claims court to get a resolution since your company fleet team denied my claim knowing Take 5 is responsible for the damages.

FAST. I stopped my on Monday night. CJ, greeted me and was very polite. Although I didnt feel like it was a sales job, I really did need a new air filter, however declined the windshield wipers they suggested because they didnt come with a warranty. I was out in probably under 20 minutes. I double check, will check again in morning make sure no leaks, but fast, professional service. This was the location by goodwill on appalachee parkway.

The staff was very professional as they always are. This makes a huge difference in which place I go to. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, they are professional. They are courteous and very knowledgeable in what they do. They do not try to upsell you, but give you options if you choose. I really love this place. It’s the one on Apalachee Parkway by Blair Stone Road. Those guys are always great.
