If you have a newer Land Rover or Ranger Rover this is the only place to go in Tallahassee! In our case we have a 2006 LR3 and had an electrical issue that was not allowing the vehicle to start. Within a few hours they had identified the issue and began correcting it. Wagen Haus saved me hundreds maybe thousands! I was told by Der Meister the vehicle had to go to Jacksonville... Not the case if you go to Wagen Haus!!!

I have 2001 Mercedes C240 and speedometer cluster was draining the battery. Der Meister of Tallahassee tested and I verified it by swapping clusters with another 2001 C240 that it the custer draining the battery. New or used cluster needed to be programmed in order to gauges to operate correctly. Der Meister suggested that Wagenhaus has new tester that they can probably program a used cluster from another vehicle. I called Wagenhaus (Jon porter) to verify if they can before getting one from recycling centers. He asked me to bring it to his shop to check if he can program a used cluster which was odd. Because when I called Mercedes Dealer that told me NO wright away. Mr. Porter called me about two weeks after I dropped the car to his shop and told me that " YOUR CLUSTER IS NOT DRAINING YOUR BATTERY, SOMETHING ELSE IS DRAINING IT. WE SPENT AN HOUR ON IT AND NEED TWO MORE HOURS AUTHORIZED IN ORDER FOR US TO FIND OUT WHAT IS DRAINING YOUR BATTERY. I told him that Der Meister told me that it is the cluster and I verified it. Every time I connected the cluster to the car it drained the battery over night. Mr. Porter said: ABSOLUTELY, IT IS NOT YOUR CLUSTER. Based on his statements I authorized him three hours although I did not asked them to diagnose my car. The reason I took the car to them if they can program used cluster. Mr. Porter called me about a week later and told me that it is the cluster on the car draining the battery (which I knew) and they can not program used cluster. He also said that It takes an hour to program new one cluster which is $99. Therefore, I bought a new from Mercedes Dealer and took it to him to be program. When I went to pick up the car, I was charged about $450 which included 3 hours to diagnose and 1.5 hours to program. First, I did not asked Wagenhaus to diagnose, I already knew that it was the cluster. Second, Mr. Porter lied and told me that " IT IS SOMETHING ELSE DRAINING YOUR BATTERY, ABSOLUTELY NOT YOUR CLUSTER" in order for me to authorize him three hours which was not necessary at all. When I question the charges he told me it is my car and I authorized him. Yes, I authorized him based on his FALSE STATEMENT. Wagenhaus is Very Dishonest. Do not go there. I suggest go to Local Mercedes Dealer. I am in the service business myself. If do something like this to my customer I will apologize to my customer for the misrepresentation and will not charge customer a penny. When I asked Mr. Porter about misrepresentation he told me it was intermittent, not doing all the time. I know that was not a true statement because I tested it over ten times and every time it drained the battery and Der Meister did not think that it was intermittent either. If it was intermittent then he should not have used "ABSOLUTELY NOT YOUR CLUSTER" statement.

I just wanted to thank the guys from Wagen Haus who recently helped me out with my Mercedes Benz SLK Sport. I was traveling the state of Florida to check out the local beaches and had a wonderful vacation planned. My vehicle started making a slight vibration, i was really concerned where to take it since i only have reputed Mercedes Benz technicians work on it. I found Wagen Haus online and like the review i read. These guys helped me immediately and all this, before they started with their daily task. They took my vehicle for a drive and put it on the car lift and arranged for my vehicle to get 2 new tires. Jon even drove in front of my car to show me where i should take my vehicle. If you ever get stuck in Tallahassee, Jon, Mike and Carl are real Americans they will help you were they can -they work on sports cars like porches as well and have years of experience. Anyone who drives a Jaguar knows that having a pit crew follow you everywhere you go is ideal, but Jon and his crew at Wagen Haus are the next best option. They fixed my car at 4:30 pm after I was stranded in Tallasassee while driving towards New Orleans, and had me on my way within an hour. They also referred me to a nearby place for new tires and called them to make sure my specific tires were available (soon, you'll be able to buy tires at Wagen Haus). These folks are knowledgeable and nice people who run a clean and professional operation. Prices are very reasonable. Especially if you own a BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Range Rover or Volkswagen, you'll be glad you gave them your business,

Honest and conscientious enough to see work to the end. Have used them as the go to for my VW, Mercedes and now BMW for both routine and unexpected repairs. If you try and stay ahead of repairs like I do and focus on the preventative stuff they are willing to work with you to get done what you need, and are honest enough to tell you what you can put off when you can't afford it.

Daughter is an FSU student and her car broke down. Bad situation to be in when we are 5 hours away and don't know any mechanics in Tallahassee. Started making calls and someone referred me to Wagen Haus. Spoke with John and right away I knew she was in good hands. He warned me that they're a small shop and he it could be several days before he had a chance to even look at her car, but he had her up and running in less than a week. I was expecting worse case scenario as far as the repair cost, but it was much less than I anticipated. So thankful for finding John and Wagen Haus. Excellent experience all around.

I have a 2008 VW Jetta sedan (automatic). I purchased it new in Leon county in 2009 and since car purchased, I married a service member. My car has been driven/shipped to Hawaii, North Carolina, California, and now to Florida for its final location. After all that dragging around to different elements, the car started acting up here last month. We couldn’t get an appointment with local dealer. Forward to this morning: Wagen Haus to the rescue! I had our car serviced in one day, reasonable cost, clear communication, and professionals. My car is driving like a dream. European cars are their bread and butter. If you own a VW, pay Wagen Haus team a visit. I am so happy I found them. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. They do it all – from oil changes, windshield wiper replacements to the big stuff. This car shop has probably been the best car shop I have ever been to. I have a 2014 Volkswagen that was giving me a key ignition issues and also gear shifting issues. They went above and beyond to find out why my car was not changing gears. Jon and Karl are amazing even though my car put them on an adventure they got the job done. Great people with an honest trustworthy business. John is really nice straightforward guy and really passionate about VWs, and his top mechanic is super dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable. Really happy I found them in town, they really helped out with my old Jetta. As a woman, going to mechanics can be a bit of a stressful experience because you often get talked down to like you don’t know anything, and I did not feel that way whatsoever at Wagen Haus. Highly recommended. They are understandably super busy so make sure to call ahead.

They were great. Set an appt and they were expecting us when we arrived. Looked at the car in one day, diagnosed and fixed the issue, which was a sensor causing my dashboard lights to all light up at the same time, and they fixed it that day. The cost was reasonable for a sensor replacement, and i have had no issues since. Great svc, professional work. Will br bringing my car here now instead if the VW dealership.
