Elite customer service. I worked with Austin and it's like I had a concierge. The place was BUSY. It seemed like half the people in Tallahassee were trying to get new tires before their Thanksgiving road trips, but he took care of me like I was the only guy in the place. What a waste of time! No one communicates here. Even with an appointment service was gonna take hours. I am taking my business elsewhere. You need to tell people it will take so many hours before you can attend, not after an hour of wait!

I heavily recommend Discount Tires for their speedy, expert, and quality service. I also appreciate that, as a woman, they are not trying to pull a fast one on you. I went to the Costco Tire Center the previous day for a flat tire. There, the employees were rude, did not take the time to explain anything, and instead told me my tire was unusable and that I would have to replace ALL FOUR despite my care being brand new (less than 6000 miles on it!). Pressuring me to make a quick decision just to make some money off of me. I luckily left to get a second opinion. The workers at Discount Tires were kind and took the time to explain the condition of my tire and help me choose the best and affordable option for my needs. Reassuring me that I would only have to replace the one and that they have no clue why Costco would make me buy four when my car isn't All Wheel Drive. Again, they took their time to explain unfamiliar car jargon to me so that I am more knowledgeable! In less than an hour, I left with a new tire and relief. Thank you Discount Tires! P.S. I will be canceling my Costco Membership.

Not only were they able to get my tired fixed past closing time, but they didn't even charge me anything! After a debacle with Pep Boys 2 weeks ago, I was looking for somewhere to get 4 new tires in my van at a reasonable price. I called Discount Tire and Jacob answered and was very professional and helpful. I hung up feeling relieved and grateful for how he treated me. I made an appt and went in to get the tires put on and aligned. They actually refunded the alignment because they didn't have the equipment to make the necessary adjustments. The appt also took less time than they quoted 😉 Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Discount Tire on Magnolia!

The quote for alignment, balance, and rotation was reasonable, especially compared to the car dealer's quote, but to be fair, rumor has it that the car dealer uses gold-plated.tools. No upselling. I placed an order for a tire kit and it shipped to the store the same day. I waited a few days to get them installed but when I did I was met with patience and kindness. My 16-year-old daughter stopped in when the tire pressure light came on in her car. This was the first time anything like this had happened, and she wasn’t sure what to do. She called me once she arrived, and Eli at the store immediately stepped in to help. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found a piece of metal lodged in the tire, and saw that it was losing air. Thanks to the road hazard warranty on the tires, they were able to get her in and out with no problem. Eli was friendly, professional, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable while she was there on her own. I can’t express how thankful I am for the outstanding service and peace of mind they provided. Huge thanks to Eli and the team for getting her safely back on the road!
