Squirrels chewed through my wiring harness and I had to have it replaced. Parts arrived quickly and the harness was replaced in a reasonable amount of time. It was a very long job and everything worked perfectly when I got the car back.

So I brought my 2005 Impreza there for a service (oil change) alignment, and a noise diag. For starters the prices I was told for the oil change was incorrect, the bulbs I needed were quoted to me incorrectly, and I had to wait to have my information corrected on the paperwork when I got there even though I informed them what I wanted done. Once the diag was done they WAY over quoted me on pricing by 2 times plus, I work in the auto industry and have access to parts pricing and labor pricing, had it not been for that they would have straight tried to rip me off, quoted $460 for a job that cost $62 in parts and about 40 minutes to do. Not sure if I would recommend them

Horrible experience! I travel to Tallahasse from Columbus, GA & Auburn AL area 3 days a week. The following week of February 3rd, My Subaru had a recall on the upper oil pan and I took it to my regular Subaru. It was going to take a couple of days because they had to take out the engine to get to the upper pan. I got my car back Monday and had a problem but that is not this Subaru's complaint. On Tuesday February 11th, I drove down to Tallahasse for business. The car seemed fine until my last visit. I started the car and my back exhaust was just smoking away! I thought it was a problem when my Subaru took the engine out. I called them and they stated to take it to the nearest Subaru. Proctor Subaru was only a half mile away. It was late and they were about to close. They saw the car smoking at the exhaust. They got information and could not do anything till tomorrow when they open. Well now I am stuck in Tallahasse because they did not have a loaner. I was looking for a hotel and thought I found one. Subaru did get Lyft for me but the hotel I told them was not the right one. Lyft showed up but could not take me to the other hotel. I do want to commend one person on the Proctor team and his name was John. He is the Sales Trainer. He offered to take me to the hotel. I am so greatful to him. The following morning Wednesday the 12th, a friend drove down from Alabama to pick me up. We went around 7:30am to Proctor. They were in the process to get it to the technicians. We drove home and went by Columbus Subaru to pick up a loaner. On Thursday the 13th of February, I called Proctor. They told me that there was oil residue on the engine that was causing the smoke and the engine would need to be cleaned off and that they were going to charge my Subaru for the Service. I then call my Subaru up in Columbus, GA spoke with the service manager. He asked me if I would like my car brought back up to Columbus, GA and he would send someone on Saturday to drive it back up. I agreed. On Saturday February 15th, The person who went to pick up my car called me. He asked me if I approved to take the engine apart because the car is in pieces. I did not approve anything. Someone from Proctor called me. I told him I did not approve for the engine to be taken apart. It was confusing for he was asking if a different Subaru approved it and I didn't even know the Subaru he was talking about. I heard him say "Oh, I see whats going on" like it was a mixup with another dealership. On Monday, February 17th, I got a text from Proctor Subaru regarding a reccomended service needed. The turbo charger compressor wheel seal ring was leaking $2676.04! I asked him if that was something that could have been damage doing the upper oil pan recall and he said possibly. I called my Service Manager in Columbus. He stated that they do not mess with the turbo when completing the recall. Besides, he was skeptical that the Turbo Charger failed for it is a rare occurance. He also mentioned that I had a Extended Warranty that would cover the Turbo. From that point on, no one at Proctor called me to see what was going on. Finally, my car was towed back up and the parts to the engine shipped, and my Service Manager told me the inside of the car has oil and would need to be detailed. On top of that, the turbo charge was faulty and had to get approval for it was over the amount the Warranty allows and the exhaust system needed to be replaced because of all the oil the Turbo leaked into the system. As of Today, I am still in a loaner a month later. I am really upset how I was treated. There was no communication, took my engine apart without my approval, sent me a bill to approve without researching if I had extended warranty. I will never service my car again at Proctor Subaru.

I had an issue with my 2024 Outback which I purchased at Proctor Subaru. I reached out and within a couple days my vehicle was in the shop.
