Big shout out to Tallahassee Car Care on W. Tharpe St. in Tallahassee. They did a great job fixing Jake’s truck. Not to mention they are showing a surcharge on their invoices for the minimum wage increase! Small businesses cannot absorb these costs like big businesses. We all said that “we the people” would absorb the increase. So proud to support a company that puts it out there honestly and not try to hide it in their prices!! Great job!!!! We will definitely use them again!!

They are honest mechanics. They will tell you what is wrong with your vehicles and they will give you options as well as their recommendations, even if they will not be making a profit. My only issue was Tallahassee Car Care doesn't probably any credit regarding any payments. However, just speak to them and they may be able to work something out for you. Thanks, Mr. Larry for fixing one of my vehicle's issues. ☺️

Bobby and Mike are phenomenal. They are courteous, professional, and among the best in the mechanic field. Between the two of them, potential problems with my vehicle have been identified where they otherwise would have been missed, and the prices are always fair. I will always bring my vehicle to TCCC for servicing, because I trust that they are the absolute best to handle the job, and it will be done in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

I brought my car here a few months ago for some wheel bearings work, and thought it’d be covered under warranty. Well, thank goodness for Larry because he discovered that my warranty had been switched up which led me to work with my dealership to investigate what could’ve happened (an ongoing saga). Meanwhile, Larry diagnosed the issues and communicated with me often about the car, due to various circumstances, I wasn’t able to bring it in for the work until mid December, and it was such a doozy of a problem that it took longer than expected to fix. However, Larry was communicative and kind every step of the way, and when I was able to pick the car up yesterday, it sounded brand new - so quite I didn’t believe it was my car!! Thank you to Larry & the team, I know this was a pain in the butt assignment and I’m so grateful for your patience, professionalism, and great work done.

It is very overdue for me to write this review, and I apologize for that. If I had to wait that long for my service I wouldn't be writing this! Mike and all the crew at Tallahassee Car Care Center are the cream of the crop when it comes to Customer Service. You know, in this incredibly competitive world of business, there is only one thing that will make you stand out among all others. That's how you treat your customers and what kind of service you will give them. I've been coming to Tallahassee Car Care since 2015 when I first got my car. I have never once wanted to go anywhere else; the staff are friendly, and Mike in particular is an honest and knowledgeable professional. He has always explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and has always answered any questions I've had about my car and maintenance. He also saved me $2000 in repairs after I had to go to the Nissan dealership for a CVT diagnosis and they tried to overstate minor issues with my car. All in all, this is an excellent business.

Very overdue review but Larry is amazing. I’ve come here multiple times and this is the most honest and considerate shop. They will sit there and make sure you get a good explanation that you can understand, and will even be upfront if they cannot solve/fix the issue (was not their fault at all). Amazing service. I had been to 3 other mechanics with my engine problem. 1st one just threw parts at it and then said I would have to leave it for a few days. I declined. 2nd was on the right track but didn’t do a thorough job on the repair. 3rd one gave me an appointment for which I showed up on time. 3 1/2 hours later they hadn’t even looked at it. Then I found Tallahassee Car Care. Just from speaking to them, I had a good feeling. Not only were they knowledgeable, they diagnosed, replaced the part carefully and completely and at a very reasonable cost. I know this post is long, but I can’t say enough about them.

Car wouldn't stay running and had it towed to them for repair. They did $850 worth of work return the car within 24 hours the same problem we appeared in that the motor would not stay running we had the car towed to them again they did another $350 worth of repairs car was returned to us and within 24 hours stopped running again. Had to have it towed a third time to another place who correctly diagnosed issue and the car has been running for months since. Called this facility seeking some sort of reimbursement for the obviously unnecessary work done did not receive a call back. Ended up disputing the charge. Obviously, I would never bring my vehicle to this place again and I highly recommend that you find another place to bring your car if you have options. Not reputable or honorable at all. Any decent car shop would have at least reimburse some of the money or give me a credit. STAY AWAY
