Waited 3 months for service after first lady "put us on the list" while saying that they were booked up for a month. After month past with no communication, was told we didn't have an appointment, it will be another 7 weeks. Took truck in at 10AM (appointment time) .They got to it 2 days later. Fred was courteous but the scheduling situation was pathetic.

Absolute worst service ever! Have held my car for over 5 weeks. Totally unresponsive. Total incompetence. And they could not care less. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE

These guys are AWESOME! If ever I am in Tallahassee and need a team that is focused on being there for the customer this is the place to go. Desperate for an emergency repair during a long distance trip this service team really went above and beyond to fit us in to their schedule and provide us a place to stay cool. They communicated with us the entire time and kept us abreast of progress. Service teams too often get the short end....this team deserves recognition!

We were on our way from Mobile Alabama to Orlando Florida and got a nail in our tire. The service team at Tallahassee Ford were friendly and attentive. They got my vehicle in and out quickly with no appointment so I could get back on the road to visit my family. Thank you Roy for making it happen. I highly recommend Bob H and his dealership for all your automotive needs.

I have had mixed experiences with the service center at Tallahassee Ford. In my most recent experience, I would not rate them well. It was difficult to schedule an appointment (I had to call 3 different times). When I did get an appointment it was 2 months out. I ended up going 30 miles away to Thomasville. They are the kindest people, very helpful, and I only had to wait about a week.

On my way to work I realized I had ended up with a Nail in my tire. I booked an appointment with the help of my Service Advisor Montana. Not only was everything done quickly and in a professional manner, the customer service was excellent. Would recommend to others who are looking to get their vehicles serviced

Brought f150 to dealer for repair. They kept it one week, e em though no parts needed to be ordered and I had scheduled appointment. Starting drive home discovered problem had not been repaired and was active worse! Oh, supervisor said. That must be something mechanic did. SO, they kept truck promising to have repair completed by end week. Nope. No phone call. Woukd not return calls. Monday came. I CALLED oh yes, your truck is ready. Started drive home...GUESS WHAT. SYILL NOT FIXED ..

I took a 2006 Ford escape hybrid to them. They charged me over $600 to diagnose it, put a battery in it, and cut me 2 new keys. They said it was giving a high voltage battery code (which it wasn't) it was stuck in theft mode and every time they reset it and put the wrong keys in it it kept going back into theft mode again and shut down. They then proceeded to tell me that the PCM was bad and the repairs were 1500.00 plus. I brought it home bought a 60.00 laptop and paid 16.00 to Ford for a 1 year license key and downloaded "forscan" after more than a month of trying to get it done myself I took the keys to an Ace Hardware and had them tested......THEY WERE THE WRONG KEYS!!! NO CHIP INSIDE KEY.... I understand that mistakes happen but for the key to come from the parts department wrong....first mistake....... The service guy or girl not realizing that the keys were wrong and that they couldn't get them to program and didn't test the keys in their hands to see if they were reading a signal from said keys.. second mistake. The service manager for not doing her job checking jobs(although a very nice lady) third mistake. So ......after I took the keys back to the parts counter at the dealership there a nice gentleman said those were the wrong keys for my 2006 FEH ....Who sold them to you he asked.........why y'all did sir......keys replaced ... 10 minutes after I got home(with the same PCM and one original key and 2 replacements it started right up and runs like a top. Oh did I mention that they had the 1 original key and still managed to get the new keys wrong and still tried to program those wrong keys. So I do not recommend this dealership til they get better training and solve some issues in house.

A bad experience all around for service. Wanted to get oil change and the oil sending unit changed - 2013 F150 5.0 has a known problem with the oil pressure sensor going off at low RPMs. Tried for a few weeks to get to talk to someone — no response from questions sent via website, 1 call got routed to a call center, where after 5 minutes of taking my vital statistics, was informed they couldn’t help me and they would have someone call me back. Never received a call. Finally booked their fast lane service, with a note that I needed the oil sending unit changed. Showed up for the appointment, and when I went to check in was told they couldn’t replace the sending unit without a specific appointment, and earliest out was 3 months. Forget it. I will take my business elsewhere.

If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Richard Jackson. He was so professional and courteous. He handled a stressful situation with patience and kindness. I can't recommend him enough.

Eric was great. His communication from setting the appointment to sending me appointment reminders to status updates on the service was impeccable. I also appreciated that my car was ready when they said it would be ready and they’re courtesy shuttle both drops you off and picks you up.

Absolutely horrible experience, they told me they couldn't get the part in for my car. I then told them I'll go pick one up and drop it off, they said that sounds great. 1 hr later they called me and asked me what we're doing with it. I told them I was out of town at the moment and ordered the part at Oriellys... they told me that they had one in stock now, and said they needed it to get finished to free up the lift, so i told them to just do it. I showed up to the dealership 90 minutes later, they told me that they were waiting for me to bring the part to them. I then went to oriellys to pick up the part which was apparently delivered to tallahassee ford already while I was waiting those 90 minutes. So I went to autozone to pick up the same part and take it to tallahassee ford so they could finish my car. They then called me 30 minutes later and said bad news the part you got doesn't fit your car. I said ok put the oriellys part on it, because he insisted that it would be a perfect fit. 30 more minutes go by and they said yeah bad news that part didn't work either, but we were able to use the old part instead. Not only was the service department unprofessional, but they lied to me about test driving the car after they did the repairs on it. I literally watched the mechanic drive it out of the shop and drop it off outside 5he service department. I caution everyone before puting your trust in them. The vehicle drives even worse now then it did when I brought it there in the first place. Definitely NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Put 20 miles on my vehicle and couldn’t even fix a simple check engine light for emissions. Didn’t even have the courtesy to clear the engine code so it would stay off for a while. Waste of time and they used my fuel and put wear & tear on my vehicle for absolutely nothing. Y’all could do so much better just by doing anything halfway decent.

I took my ford edge in for oil change this morning . What a great experience. Loved all the tech . Got a text message with a video of my technician going through the systems check . I was greeted by my service advisor , I met the service manager , chatted with my salesperson Mr Swindell and I even met one of the new owners Bill who is very excited about all changes taking place . Thank you for the great experience and the fabulous lucky goat coffee

I walked in at my appointment time and was greeted Mrs. Jackie. She worked with me regarding my vehicle and informed me exactly what I needed. She was very friendly and made the Ford service experience really easy and seamless. The complimentary coffee was delicious. Thank you.

Came in with what I through was a park brake problem, soon as Richard started it up he stated it was the battery which I doubted. Also, on my way to the appointment my tire pressure sensor came on for the left rear tire. To make a long story short Richard was spot on with the battery. Richard Jackson service was nothing short of 5 stars. Got a oil change and tires rotation done and a new sensor. Thank you so much Richard.

These people are flat out scam artists. They will assess your vehicle and you will come in for that specific repair and they will install that part and then tell you “actually wait you need this other part replaced”. They are SCAMMERS! They only want your money! They don’t care about you or your car and will lie to your face and then blame you for it. Do not go here. Do not let your friends go here.

My daughter’s car is worse than it was before we took iin to be inspected & repaired. The bill was high & issue not resolved. When I call, I get out on hold by automated system & if reception picks up, I am out on hold again. Eventually, I am sent to voicemail which happened 4 times. Not acceptable. The car is unsafe to drive & the repair department must repair as originally guaranteed.

The earliest they could book me was a month out. Then it took them another month to actually fix the truck (2020 Ranger needed spark plug extraction due to a TSB, then valve cover and ignition coil replacement). It's also almost impossible to get the service dept on the phone - their phone system is deplorable - calls dropped while being transferred - multiple times - and no call backs after leaving voicemails. If I'd known it was going to take this long AND not even covered under my extended warranty, I would have saved $2000 and fixed it myself over a weekend. They even said they'd comp me the engine cover that was part of the TSB but it showed on my invoice that I paid $300 for it. 😡 Overall, this screams "poor upper management" to me. My service advisor, Richard Jackson, in fact was quite nice and professional - I don't have any complaints against him, except that he did tell me they'd comp the $300 engine cover. With this many problems in a service department, it usually points to poor upper management.

This is a great place to do an oil change and that’s all on your Ford, while you wait with Lucky GOAT coffee, pastries, Sausage Sandwiches and so much more! Prices are dealership prices, and a bit more. I would say 3 because of the awesome and nice cafe lounge lady.
