Was having a problem with a little bit of trim on my car that kept coming up. It looked like it was going to blow off my car. My husband called Lisa’s shop to see if they could work on it. Well, from the minute we pulled into the minute we left it was maybe 10 minutes. And it was such a little fix they didn’t even charge me. And while there were men working there, the front office is entirely female. I just moved to Tallahassee and I already have a great paint and body shop the next time I need one. Thank you Lisa!

Our car was recently in an accident and we had it towed to Lisa's to get a repair estimate for our insurance company. They gave a reasonable estimate with a detailed list of all the parts needed to make the repair and said it would be a couple weeks before they would be able to work on it, which is fine. That timeline kept getting pushed back and now, more than a month later, they just said they found damage they didn't see on their initial inspection so the car is totaled. We paid for a rental car out of pocket for 2 weeks based on the understanding that we would eventually get our car fixed. So we needlessly spent over $1,000 on a rental car because of their inability to evaluate the damage to our car. I would highly recommend Lisa's if time and money are not important to you.

My insurance company sent me to a repair shop that they use. One minute walking into the door of the place I could tell it was not the place I wanted my car repaired. Driving home I remembered Lisa's paint & body so I stopped in. She does free estimates by appointment only but because she had a minute to spare she looked at my car. Long story short , she had my car fixed in no time. Happy with her and her team. Everyone is highly professional.

I had a damaged tailgate that, thankfully, the company that caused it was kind enough to have assessed and serviced. We were advised to go to Lisa's Paint & Body Shop. My brother did just that (after calling and scheduling an initial assessment date), and had a wonderful experience with them! I learned that the tailgate had to be replaced, and that they'd need us to drop the truck off to have it removed to recycle certain accessories ( handle, camera, etc.) for the new one. I later scheduled a date to stop by to have the tailgate removed. It was the day after Memorial Day, and first thing in the morning. One would expect the staff would be too busy and in a rush (since it was the day after a holiday and the weekend), but it was far from that. I had a wonderful experience with them from the time they asked for my name (and mispronounced it). My brother did warn me I was in for a good time/laugh with the staff, and he was right! They removed the tailgate in what seemed to be 4-5 minutes (and even picked on the lightbulb I mended with duct tape, which caused more laughter) and I was on my way. I stopped back by in less than a week to have the new tailgate installed, and it's awesome... the paint matches perfectly, the bed liner is spectacular, the camera and handle work as expected, and it was even polished and waxed. We've passed by this shop for years and never knew the type of energy contained in there. Everyone was kind, which I can appreciate. Even the Golden Retriever was nice. (= I felt welcome there and I'm thankful that a not-so-great (initial) occurrence with my vehicle being damaged resulted in a well-handled, streamlined and well-executed experience. I tore the front under shield and part of my fender off on a nasty curb. Lisa had me fixed up in a jiff. In less than half an hour they diagnosed the problem, had the parts, and fixed it. They were extremely kind, communicative, helpful, and they have a cute puppy in the lobby. Very well priced. This is now my permanent goto body shop

I contacted this shop about mounting a bumper on my car including drilling for parking sensors on a brand new, in-the-box bumper. Another shop referred me stating they perform this type of work. Although it is not indicated on their website, I was told they can only work on parts they source themselves so they can build in a profit margin. I offered to pay a premium labor rate and was willing to proceed without a warranty or guarantee, but they still declined the job. This policy was not clear until after the discussion, which resulted in wasted time. I also informed them that I intended to leave a review to document my experience for future customers. After posting the review, I received four consecutive phone calls asking that I remove it, along with a public reply stating my review was inaccurate. The details above reflect my direct experience. For anyone considering customer-supplied parts or modification work, be aware they may refuse the job even if you accept full responsibility. Edit: Based on the response I received from Lisa's, I have updated my review to reaffirm the facts. Also, this is the only written review I have provided.

I contacted this shop to inquire about painting the fender and hood on my Tesla, expecting professional service given their advertised claim of working on ‘all makes and models.’ They responded that they do not paint Tesla vehicles at all. This outright refusal, without any explanation or alternative suggestion, was disappointing and inconsistent with their stated policy. Potential customers should be aware that despite the broad claim. I would not recommend this shop for Tesla owners seeking paint work.

My vehicle was hit from behind at at light by a towing truck from Georgia. When I took my vehicle to Lisa's Body shop, Lisa, Heather and Joe assisted me right away and also help with dealing with the out out state insurance company (not easy to deal with) but Lisa and her team went above and beyond to make sure all was done on a timely matter. Joe and the guys in the back repair my vehicle fast and to perfection. Joe is a great person and excellent in explaining detail by detail the process.
