I honestly wish I could give no stars. My vehicle has been out of my possession and with Gerber Collision since Sept. 10th. Here it is Dec. 17th and I still don't have it. They ended up having to tow it to Pep Boys to do work they were incapable of doing, "AFTER" they advised they could. This could've been handled over a month ago! Poor communication. I don't even have the time to write how awful this experience has been. State Farm should be ashamed of themselves for even placing Gerber as a recommended service provider. The manager did waive the deductible for the hardship I experienced. Kudos to him for taking the time to explain and understand that I was done so wrong. But that'll still be paid out on repairs from Pep Boys! Days before Christmas. It's all good. Lesson Learned...

People keep hitting my parked car but Eric A. and the excellent crew here keep repairing it with friendliness and professionalism. The wonderful staffer at the front desk is especially nice. Beyond the repair work, my car always comes back cleaner than it went in.

Not the best. Recently had my 2017 toyota tundra repaired there from a rear end collision. They removed the tundra lettering on tail gate leaving paint blemishes and did not install correct bed trim. Bummer isn't flush like it was originally. I completed my survey and almost as soon as I did a guy from the company called me and pretty much scalded me for my review. Over all disappointing service from them. I should have taken my truc elsewhere.

Will never use gerber again. This is the worst branch of them all. Very disappointed. See left vs right front end. The hood line on driver side is a half inch wider than passenger. Headlights are 3 different shades of messed up. What a mess. Gerber, I challenge you to call me

I wrote a longer review on the websites page. However, I wanted to recognize Emory, Ty, Eric and others who assisted me along the way after the loss of my vehicle. I was traveling across the country as a member of the military with the car full of my personal belongings on my way to my next duty station. Unfortunately during that travel, I wrecked and later found out my vehicle was totaled. With the help and support of these individuals they helped me remove and secure my belongings as I was almost 5 hours away from the collison center and couldnβt freely travel there ad needed. They are extremely supportive and accommodating. Even though I didnβt experience their Collison work first hand as the car was deemed totaled, I would certainly recommend those in the future to utilize their services as you will be supported the entire way through. Thank you Gerber Collison of Tallahassee!

Brand new Honda crv took it to them for broken plastic bumper got the car back with so meany problems that the car had to be taken to Honda and now Iβm paying 3000$ to Honda to fix the car beware of these people they have dumb mechanics who donβt know what they are doing and they will cost you a lot of money for stuff they broke and then they will lie to your face about it this company will never receive another dime from me

This place is great. They did great work and above all this place knows customer service. I had some special considerations come up in drop off and then pick up and they were so accommodating. I was waiting on the lobby on my initial visit and had a chance to listen to how they dealt with customers and it was apparent they treat everyone this way. I don't know pricing for these services but to me it seemed in the back park of what I was expecting. My vehicle was even ready early.

My experience was Unprofessional, poor communication, poor customer service, untrustworthy and overall they did not care which is typical from large companies. Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Very very bad experience.

I am a little disappointed as the staff was very friendly and the adjuster knew her stuff but the work done took too long I didn't get all my parts back and they ordered the wrong make tag for my car. I have a C300 not CLS300. I would like to own a newer model but I don't at this time

Amazing service and communication! You get sent a link to see updates on your car as they are working on it, and I received my car a day earlier than the estimated pick up. There was a very small issue of a little bit of black on the headliner and seat of my car from the work they were doing and they immediately rectified it. Eric and Ty had amazing customer service. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back if I ever need their services again.

I had my car repair there and have had nothing but headaches. Customer services is good but the most important thing is the quality of the repair. I have taken my car back at least four times since the initial repair. Each time they kept my car for weeks at a time. The parts they repair don't line up. When they fix one issue the is return with another. My windsheid wiper fluid light constantly come on since the repair. My head lights pop out and one of the amber lights is off and it has been like that scene they replaced it. There are other issues with the hood and the front grill. There is an electrical issue since the grill has was replace. These issues were not pre existing. I bought this car brand new. I have been very patient with them. Now I have no choice but to reach out to legal representation. This has been going on since 2021 and no resolution yet.

She went above and beyond by contacting the rental car company on my behalf to ensure they were on their way for pickup. Eric came out promptly to assess my vehicle and provide an estimate. He thoroughly explained the entire repair process, which gave me confidence and clarity from the start. Throughout the repairs, I received consistent text messages with updates that kept me fully informed every step of the way. Once the repairs were completed, the team helped me coordinate with the rental company again and even stored their vehicle overnight to make my pickup more convenient. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. A complete white-glove service. Excellent experience with the adjustor/estimator (Anthony), who sourced the rear window glass to be replaced on our 2019 Buick sedan, after Safelight said the glass was a discontinued part.
