These are truly professionals and know what they are doing. The Dodge dealership tried to tell that I needed just rear brakes and rotors. Ray Gordon's found my front front brakes almost metal to metal and I didn't need rotors. I got all four wheels done and a brake fluid flush for tha same amount Dodge was going to charge me for just a back brake job. They are thorough too. Great job! I highly recommend Ray Gordon's for your brake srrvice.

Whole experience was terrible. Was told by Jeff, I missed my appointment as soon as I walked through the door but then he realized he was looking at the wrong day. That's fine. Then he ask me why I'm at the brake place.... Test drove my car. Came back and said nothing was wrong. Even though its clear my rotors need to be replaced from the vibrating stopping. They think I might need new brake fluid and to change that is almost 300 or to do my brakes, which should also do that, is the same. Or I could just pay the 80$ diagnosis fee and leave with bad brakes. Spent all that money and there's still a problem.. go to DTs garage and its the rotors and now 1,000$ later my brake problem is fixed that the brake place couldn't do. Dont recommend. Definitely an unprofessional scam

Excellent knowledgeable mechanics. I have a 2018 Range Rover and that no one else in town was able to service the brakes because they did not have the knowledge expertise or equipment needed to remove the rotors or the computer software needed to put the vehicle into service mode. I got a quote from over $1300 at range rover to fix my problem and we did a complete fluid swap out and corrected my problem for under $300.. very excited to find a shop in town that's not after the almighty dollar and does great work at a reasonable price. Went in believing I needed new brake pads because my brakes were squeaking. After going in and informing them I needed new pads they said it would be 40 to check it out and they would let me know what they would cost. After inspecting them I was informed my brake pads actually had a good bit of life left in them and the squeaking was caused by something else. Saved me a good bit of time and money. Really appreciate honest local businesses will definitely go to them again!

My daughter took her vehicle there and was taken advantage of. She was given two options for brakes, but was never told her brake pads were good. $577 later when it should of been turn rotors that were 3 years old and replace pads. You better know mechanic terms if you want to keep money in your pocket. Otherwise they’ll take it.

Recently had a front brake job completed. From the scheduling over the phone to the completion of the job, nothing but excellent service. I mentioned that i thought at least on side may require a new rotor. Prior to commencing the job, the technician came to the waiting room and explained that a new rotor was not needed. He could have just as easily sold me a rotor without me knowing the difference. I appreciate the speedy and honest service. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I have done business here throughout the years. Always the same level of service.

These men are probably the most honest guys in the business of auto repair. I went in thinking I needed to replace all of my brakes. They assessed my car and then determined I only needed the front brakes and I had about a year left on the back. I took my car to Ray Gordon twice and have been extremely satisfied with all of their work. Furthermore, the follow up each service with a courtesy call just to make sure everything is ok. Very professional, highly recommend.

I was told by two different tire shops that my car's front brakes needed replacing. I didn't like the quotes ($500+) they were giving me, so I took my car to Ray Gordon. I've been taking my car there for brake repair for years and suddenly I have questions about why my car is wobbling and Jeff decides to take it as me pointing fingers when I'm simply trying to collect information to figure out how to go about getting my car repaired. Nothing about the experience was cheap and now it's just plain rude. I'll be taking my car somewhere else to figure out what's going on and if it was something they did wrong. Can't reply to your reply: you can do the best job in the world but there no worse feeling than being treating like a piece of trash. And forgive me for working full time and being a volunteer in every other waking moment, that I can't recall all your exact words. That's why I called, to get a refresher. Only to be spoken snidely to. But maybe that's just how you are on a normal day. BUT THANK GOODNESS FOR YOUR RECORDING!!
