I would just like to say I had my truck at this shop some months ago I work on the road so it’s hard to just drop a vehicle off and let them fix the imperfections but I am still to this day finding not complete work on my 2018 F-150 too many things to list I would like to speak to the “Owner” of the shop so I can give them a chance to redeem themselves because I am not satisfied with the work

I mostly spoke with Costa, and he was incredibly patient and a great help. He was honest and upfront and helped me get my car back as soon as possible. His team is dedicated and hard working, and I know I wouldn’t have gotten that level or rapid, quality service anywhere else in town.

Their work is marginal at best. Car was rear-ended. Parts were replaced, however the trunk lid wasn't painted to match. Car was filthy inside and out. Replaced the E350 emblem in the wrong place. Overall, sloppy work. And this was after being in their shop for almost 3 months. Staff are nice people though...

Dealt with Costa, very professional, catering and responsive...I feel Action Color got my daughters car repaired faster than any other shop in town. Did an excellent job, honest, pleasant group to work with...definitely care about the customers satisfaction, would recommend them anytime.

I had a bad experience and was quoted one price in which I agreed to and upon completion the bill was $700.00 higher. This would not be a problem if they had called me and got my consent. In addition, I came back and my cars lights were not working. However, my car lights were working when I dropped my car off. When I shared my concern about the car lights not working, I was met with a contentious attitude, harsh language, expletives, yelling and threatening to call the police when I disagreed with them. For fear of my safety, I left the premises. I do not recommend this auto repair shop. I do .not not know if this was a racial issue, but I have to wonder. They refuse to make things right and remedy the issue. If I could give zero stars, I would. However, this not an option

Action Colors is the only place that spent more than 20 seconds on the phone with me when I was calling multiple places about availability. They got me in to take a look at my car pretty quickly and even zip tied and removed a few pieces so that I could drive around with a little more peace of mind until they could really get it in to be repaired! They are very transparent and communicative with the whole process, how long it might take, and any other issues that come up. When I got my car back, there was an issue with the a/c that they apologized for and fixed right away. Hopefully I don't get into another accident, but if I do then I would definitely bring my car back here. 😊

My daughter and I are very happy with our experience with this shop. They repaired passenger-side doors and front fender (on an '07 Outback) on time and on budget. They reviewed the car without us needing an appointment -maybe business was slow- and we got our estimate either that day or the next. Also, their no-fuss estimate was about 25% less than the other two estimates we had. I'll definitely go back to them if I need body work done again!

✅ Top-Notch Repair Work with Some Communication Hurdles I recently had my fiancé’s car repaired at Actions Colors Collision, and they did an absolutely stellar job on the body, subframe, suspension, and wheel repairs. The car looks exactly like it did the day it was purchased, and their attention to detail was impressive! I have to give a huge shoutout to Tammy, who was fantastic to work with. She was always helpful, transparent, and great at explaining things when it came to the service side of things. However, communication was a bit challenging at times—not due to the shop itself but because of delays from the original claim agent, which made it tough to get consistent updates. The turnaround time was definitely on the longer side (just under three months), and we did have to bring the car back twice due to lingering issues after the initial repairs. That being said, once they fully diagnosed the problem on the second visit, they made it right and ensured the vehicle was safe and driving normally. Overall, while the process took longer than expected, Actions Colors Collision's workmanship and dedication to getting everything perfect made it worth the wait. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing quality collision repairs!

Once a new claim agent was assigned to my case, things started moving in the right direction, though there were still some gaps in communication. Tammy at the shop was amazing, though—she was always helpful and did her best to keep me informed. The only hiccup was having to bring the car back twice after the initial repairs. The first time, there were still some noticeable issues when driving, but after the second visit, they got everything fully resolved. Now, the car drives just like it should! Even though the process took longer than expected, Actions Colors Collision delivered excellent work, and I’m grateful they took the time to get everything right. I would definitely trust them again for future repairs.
