This is by far my favorite place to go when servicing my cars needs. They are fast, dependable reasonable and have great communication via phone, text and in person. Picking them is easy because they are great at what they do. I’m speaking from a person that went to get brakes, a/c, electrical work done and every-time they get me right in a reasonable time and rate.

Wow! Ok, my daughter is in school in Tallahassee and I’m in South Florida. When she started to have issues starting her car I immediately sent her to an auto parts store for a new battery. Well, the auto parts store (after running their diagnostic test) said “It’s the starter, not the battery.” My daughter found A2Z online and saw the great reviews - well, she was quoted $640 to replace the starter. THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN OUR $640, CHANGED THE STARTER AND SENT US ON OUR WAY…..Instead KC (or Casey not sure how he spells it) gave us the great news that the starter was fine and the repair was only a sensor switch on the brakes THAT COSTS 1/2 THE QUOTED PRICE TO FIX!!! That kind of honesty and service is RARE and deserves praise and our continued business!!! THANK YOU A2Z!!!

I was really scared when I found out my brakes and rotors were bad and then I found out I might have bad cv axles. I came to this shop and they helped me out so much. They gave me an estimate of the cost and tons of advice for what I should do. They got my brakes and rotors fixed the same day that I called to see if I could come in. They are extremely efficient and do outstanding work. I’m pretty low on money at the moment and the estimated costs online looked extremely expensive but when I came here the cost was a lot less than what I was expecting. They did a quick test drive in the lot to see if the axles were bad and they are. I can’t afford to do the cv axles yet but they gave me a plan so that I can save up to get them done. These guys are amazing people and very helpful. It’s a very fair price with exceptional mechanics. If you need any work done on your car in the Tallahassee area. This is the place to go.

KC, Alex, and the crew have always dealt with us fairly. We moved to Tallahassee a few years ago and sadly had to leave our go to mechanic. When moving to Tallahassee, we tried a few places out. We often avoid the big name places because in my experience, sometimes their focus on volume means quick not quality work or on the other side charging you are paying a high fee for name recognition. One mechanic wouldn't quote the out the door price and when I checked out, I had sticker shock despite multiple attempts to clarify earlier. Another mechanic, wasn't overly communicative in helping assess what level of priority different work was needed. Finally, we took our cars to A2Z Auto. We felt like we were treated fairly, had clear communication, recognizes/remembers us, and helped us as we weighed what work needed to be done when. Inflation has made costs go up everywhere and mechanics diagnosing car issues can be tricky. But overall, with over a year maybe year and a half of having two older cars going in and out of A2Z's shop for maintenance and repairs, we have been pleased with their work and candor.

KC and his team were very clear, helpful, and honest, walking me through the process of fixing my car without any problems. A2Z Auto Repair is the best mechanic in town. They are always very quick to help me out when my vehicle is in need of repair. I've been going to them since I first moved to Tallahassee a few years ago, and I always recommend them when someone asks for a mechanic. KC is very professional, smiles and greets you when you get in, and is a honest mechanic. I remember the first time I went there, he said that they really try to only fix what's necessary. I've gotten oil changes there, tires replaced, coolant issues fixed, my window fixed, a lot of work done at this place! I 100% recommend going to them - it'll make life a lot easier.

After being without my car for about two weeks, they were able to properly diagnose the issue and get it fixed when I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I called A2Z Repair the day before to check if their prices were reasonable for getting my car looked at and fixed. I brought my car in the next day, and they were able to fix my strut within an hour or two. I was actually surprised they finished my car earlier than expected—I thought I’d be there much longer. The guy at the front has a very calming energy and explains the parts and labor clearly. Dealt with Casey and he was really cool and polite to deal with. I went in thinking I needed new brake pads and after him and his team ran a diagnostic he told me what the issue was and said nothing needed to be done and sent me home without having to spend a dime. Fantastic communication. Honest and fair. Above and beyond!!! We had taken our car to multiple places needing it fixed. This shop was the only one I have felt good about prices, and honesty. They were so fast. We had our AC fixed and the front end knocking was fixed. Also helped me with the radio code that I didn’t have from previous owner and he did that last minute and didn’t charge me!!! So helpful! Definitely recommend them. Will go again for future work.
