I cannot say enough good things about Joe Hudson's.. Everyone there was friendly, and knowledgeable and they did a perfect job making my car look brand new. Excellent communication - and it was even done ahead of schedule. From the time I walked in until the time I was done, they treated my little Hyundai and me like I had driven in with a McLaren for them to fix. It is a place where you receive good attention, it's just that the waiting times are very long although there is no other choice but to wait for the repair of my Toyota Camry 2020 and the delay in having all the parts ready is 1 to 2 months so just wait for the rest I recommend it for the moment thanks

It’s hard to find a reputable body shop so I’m lucky that I found Joe Hudson’s. The staff was extremely helpful working with my insurance and got the car done quickly. The work done is top notch and it looks like it’s brand new. When picking up the car the radio wasn’t working and the tall man with orange hair (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) helped to fix my radio before I took the car home. Overall if you’re looking for a body shop to take good care of your car go here.

Had my car for almost a month when I was give 2 1/2 weeks at most ☹️ My rental car expired and had to pay out of pocket to get around and they wasnt a solution offered. There also didn’t seem to be a sense of urgency when it came to getting my car done, it was always “probably tomorrow or the next day” Very sweet lady at the front desk but I don’t want to have to come here again. UPDATE: after the very last day of my rental expiring is when they finally finished my vehicle. Unfortunately I would not recommend Joe Hudson. Picking up my car I still had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix my door. And this is what my battery looked like when I picked it not that this was on my list of repairs up. There’s no way they could have worked on my car and not seen the battery. I didn’t even get a heads up or FYI. Also to reply to the comment the business left, they called me 3 times within 2 days so it really shouldn’t have been that much of a delay from that end. Other than the parts being late or delayed, I was still given an unrealistic expectation of my car being complete in a timely manner. I dropped it off Sept 4th and picked it up October 2nd.

This is my 1st body work repair experience; I am glad I chose Joe Hudson after I read their awesome reviews and took the recommendation from my friends. I am beyond pleased!! Matthew Richardson helped me from the start to the end. Mathew is the best estimator I ever met, he is very nice, professional and experienced. Mathew updated me the repair progress daily through the texts or phone calls. They did the beautiful job and finished the repair work 3 business ahead of the schedule! Joe Hudson's Collision Center offers the lifetime warranty on their work. Mostly the entire process is stress free and drama free! When my car was ready to pick up, I just dropped my rental car at the Joe Hudson, they will contact rental car company, super convenient for me.
