The people at this place are amazing! I was in a minor accident that completely tore up the front drivers side of my car. They took me in same day and got my car back to me in less than a week. They talked me through the whole process and called/emailed me every day with updates. They made it simple and easy for me and were even considerate enough to ask me how I was doing. Amazing and fast service, if I ever need to get something done again I’m definitely coming here. Also shoutout to Kim for being great!!

After making a terrible decision and trying to squeeze my 2008 Chevrolet z71 crew cab into a gate that was too small. I took my truck to Gerber where Kimberly and her crew repaired/replaced all 4 doors and the paint matched perfectly considering the truck was 14 years old. Kimberly and her crew finished my truck in a timely manner and were all very professional and polite. Thanks for the wonderful service!

These folks were GREAT! I expect red my car to be “out for the count” for at least a week or three. They had all of the repairs done in 3 days and worked with me to pay over the phone and pick my 4 Runner up after hours. They were nice, consistent and answered the phone when I called (Yes! That’s always appreciated!) I hope I don’t need body work anytime soon. If I do, I’m going back to Gerber.

Was recommended by Progressive as they were in network. Didn’t know what to expect as I’ve had poor experiences at other body shops, but Gerber was excellent. Friendly staff. Constant communication. They also text you a link that updates progress and estimate summary. The work itself was well done, and I was pleasantly surprised to have my car cleaned inside and out upon pick up. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but I know where I’ll go if I do.

💯 can’t recommend Gerber on West Tennessee Street more! I had previous damage repairs done at another location and was highly disappointed. Kim fixed those issues back then and made sure my second damage repairs (new vehicle, different accident) were done timely and correct. Absolutely love the work done on my vehicle. You can’t even tell I was hit by another vehicle. Kim and Rachel were wonderful throughout the entire process and held open communication with updates along the way. Thank you again so much for fixing my vehicle and making her look like new again! Shoutout to the guys in the back that did the work that I don’t get to meet. You all are MVPs too! Go to Gerber on W. After a great win for FSU in Nola, I unfortunately took the L with having my car broken into ): My insurance company referred me to Gerber and they made the high stress experience completely stress free. I pretty much had to get the whole left side of my car redone, from the windows to the paint. It took exactly a week and my car looks better than ever! If you need any type of repairs for your car, I definitely recommend coming here. The customer service is amazing and they keep you up to date on everything happening. Honestly pretty disappointing experience with this shop -- ended up taking well over a month for a repair that they estimated a week for... no rental car offered... was told it was ready for pickup, and when I got there, it wasn't ready for another hour and half... when I finally got it, they didn't review anything with me and seemed like they were in a hurry to go home. Car had glove box and center console items scattered on the ground and left my car a mess on the inside. Also had 10 additional miles on it?? The repair shop isn't that big so 10 miles extra was a surprise to see... I'll be looking elsewhere for repairs in the future.

I am a State Farm client and was told by State Farm to use this shop for my car damage. I was extremely upset to find out my sun shade above the passenger seat was changed. My sunshade was not dirty whatsoever. I have a monthly membership with whistle car wash and take very good care of my car. The sunshade they replaced is absolutely filthy and disgusting! The safety the is old and worn away, which was NOT the case with my original sunshade. Makes my car look dirty and gross. Not happy whatsoever. I absolutely would not recommend this shop. Besides, you can still see the dent in my car they were supposed to fix, plus the interior of my car was coated in thick dust, to spend an hour at the car wash to clean it all out. Not good work at all in my opinion.
