Darian Knight at the tire center was immense help today. He helped me solve my flat tire situation. I called on the phone and Darian promptly answered and told me to pull up to the front. With a friendly and kind smile, he proceeded to put air in my tires no questions asked. Get this guy a raise he’s amazing!!

I feel like I got a good deal on 4 tires for my truck. So far the tires have be good. Scheduling an appointment to get them installed also helped Costco Tire Center earn a 4 star rating.

Very poor service for my Michelin tires. I got a recall from Michelin about the four tires that I bought at Costco. I contacted the Costco tire center and arranged to have the tires replaced as required by Michelin and Costco but Costco informed me that the tires were not in and they would contact me when they arrived that was 18 months ago I have been down there many times since then trying to straighten this problem out to no avail. Still do not have the replacement tires they tried to offer me Firestone replacements and I told them I only want what I paid for Michelin tires on my van. Still waiting as of November 14th 2023

Costco offers great deals on tires and maintenance, but they are poor communicators and you must babysit the employees if you want things done in a timely manner. I called and visited multiple times to arrange a replacement of my tires and was told someone would call me back by a certain time. No one ever called me back and I had to be the one to reach out to them. When my tires were finally in and I dropped my car off, I was told I’d be called as soon as it was done. I went about my shopping and waited for almost two hours without a phone call. As the tire department was about to close, I went to see if my car would be ready soon. Not surprising, it had been done for 45 minutes and no one had thought to contact me despite telling me they would. The deals are worth it, just be prepared to constantly check back.

Prices and service good but scheduling & appointments could use some improvement. Had 1:00 appointment & was told job would take 45 minutes to an hour for tire rotation & flat tire repair. I went & sat for an hour & came back & had not even started on car. Had another appointment at 3:00 which I was late for.

I truly don't know if Costco is hiring employees with little to no knowledge or is trying to abuse their loyal customers. I came as a walk-in with a flat tire that needed repairing or replacing. Instead of being spoken to about my car in person, I received a phone call while waiting in the food court. The maintenance man on the other end, working on my car, was outright rude. Aside from his tone, he tells me that my tire is unusable without taking the time to explain to me why that is the case. He proceeds to tell me that I need to replace ALL FOUR tires, even though I came in with one flat. Again, he would not explain to me why all four needed to be replaced. (My car was a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla, less than 6,000 miles, and the rest of the tires were in great and new condition.) He tells me that I have to make a decision right then and there, and I have to ask to call my cousin or father to get their advice. He was rushing and pressuring me to make a hasty decision so that he could make a commission. I truly believe Costco was trying to scam me and make money off of who they thought was an impressionable young woman. I went to Discount Tires the next day to get a second opinion. There, they look me in the eyes as they discuss why the tire is no longer in driving condition and help me choose the best and affordable tire options for my needs. They tell me that they do not know why Costco would say I have to replace all four when my car is not an All Wheel Drive vehicle. I heavily recommend Discount Tires for their speedy, expert, and quality car services. I will be canceling my Costco membership. Instead of selling a tire, Costco lost more money in customer who would go at least 2 times a month.
