My husband (Robert Coulter) and I dropped our car off for warranty work. Needed three things fixed. They kept the car for a week, told us everything was fixed, and when we picked the car up realized only one of those things had actually been fixed. In a week. Taking the car somewhere else to actually get it fixed.

After taking my car to one of the 10-minutes oil change service center, I noticed, a few days later, an oil leak in the driveway. I did not know if it was an oil or transmission leak, but I knew I needed to take it to the professionals at 850 Autos Service Center to have the problem checked out. They were able to diagnose, provide repair options, and estimate. They are very transparent and communicate all charges/repair work. My car has been running great for several weeks without any further issues. I am still a very satisfied customer.

After shopping around at every transmission place in town, I ran across this place. Had been quoted anywhere from $4-6k for transmission and being given the "runaround" and being told that I couldn't even be looked at til October. Tim says sure!....bring it in tomorrow. I was diagnosed while I waited in their very nice waiting area, complete with complimentary drinks and snacks. They said all I needed was a good transmission service which, needless to say, was 80% less than what others wanted to do. Now my car runs like new! Many thanks to Tim and his staff. Great, honest folks! I'll NEVER use another shop again. Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone! 10 stars!

I can’t praise 850 Auto enough. From the day I took my car to them until I picked it up Tim kept me posted about the parts needed, why there was a delay in one part from the manufacturer and when my car would be ready. John was my mechanic. He called in advance of work on my 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD. The purpose for bringing it in was to perform a diagnostic review to prepare the truck for my son to take to a camp in Western Mass. John recommended a tune up, and oil change. He noted the current lubricate was synthetic and would replace with the same. Be ordered parts, including platinum spark plugs. He quoted a price. The truck was ready last Friday when I was told it would be. The price was as John quoted. I drove it home to test drive. It runs smooth. No lights on the engine panel. Well done. I have a 2010 Tahoe I expect to bring in for similar care. 850 Auto was recommended to me by Jeff Stafford who handles the trade-ins at all the Proctor Dealerships. I know Martin Proctor and trust his judgment. So it is I trusted Jeff’s recommendation. There are two facilities: one on Crawfordville Hwy for mechanical work; and one on Warehouse Rd. for collision repair. Both are owned by Taylor Johnson. His people were kind, courteous and helpful. I expect to use them regularly as needed. I feel comfortable sending my son up north in the GMC 850 Auto repaired.

After January 2026 my car warranty will be expired, I went to this place recommend by Ultimate image were I got my vehicle from back in October 30th 2025. I needed some work done on my vehicle and I went by this place 2 times after the new year, The guy at the front desk got my information and my vin number and came outside to look at my car and what I needed done.. Ultimate lmage was gonna cover the cost of the parts and to fix it because I'm on car warranty. This place never called me back or nothing. I WANT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE NOMORE !!! (I dont recommend this place)
