It's always stressful when car has a need for any body work but the dent was in a spot that required it be in shop for 2 weeks. Joe Hudson's is the only authorized SUBARU repair shop in Tallahassee and I want my Forester to always have the best. Everyone at Joe Hudson's was extremely competent, knowledgeable about what was needed, made the emotionally painful process smoother. They kept me well informed about each stage of the work and my car was ready two weeks later as expected. Looked great. I was also very impressed with the office reception area. More elegant & professional than some of the law firms I've worked with. Kudos to everyone there for doing great work.

Well, I looked around the front of my '19 Escalade when picked it up after an animal strike and everything looked fine. A month and a half later I'm doing an upgrade on my rig and find that there is about four bolts that are holding the whole front of the SUV on. The people are nice, but quality control is nonexistent.

While I didn't get the news I wanted (Insurance Company totaled my car), dealing with Scott and the lady in the office (I'm sorry I cannot remember your name!) was a nice experience. They kept me in the loop on what was going on and even removed an item I forgot to take out of my car and kept it in the office so my friend could pick it up as I live in NC. I cannot attest to repairs but the communication and customer service aspects of the Blountstown Rd location are 5 Stars.

Referred to 'Joe Hudson's Collision Center' by my insurance company. So far have no complaints. Front desk person very professional and I appreciate their status update via email to keep us aware of progress. After dropping vehicle off, we were informed it would take a week for the repair. Received message that vehicle was ready for pick up 3 days early. Inspected the vehicle and the repair work met our expectations. Great service. Would highly recommend. Very pleased!!!

Do NOT recommend! Got truck back with a scratched up grill from it laying on the concrete floor. They broke the passenger windshield weather stripping seal. Truck was not like that when I dropped it off. I didn't notice it until after I signed the paperwork. Edit: After further investigation I found the paint was smeared in the door jamb with a line all the way down the inner pillar. The door did not need to be repainted. It had 2 scuffs in the clear at the bottom of the door that could of been polished out. The black adhesive outside the door should of been removed & replaced instead of cutting corners.

I highly recommend this company! One thing that really stood out to me , was how they messaged me through out the time they had my vehicle. Love that concept, who wants to wonder , what’s going on with my car or when are they going to be done , or have they even started. Who wants to add to their busy days more calls? I am extremely disappointed with the service provided following my accident on December 11, 2025. Despite the damage being manageable, I was subjected to a constant cycle of 'moving goal posts' regarding the return of my vehicle. My initial pickup date was set for Dec 19. This was then pushed to Dec 24, then Dec 31, and I still did not have my car by the first week of January. While the team cited 'parts delays,' your automated system continued to provide false updates that never materialized. Because of these delays and poor communication, I incurred over $500 in ride-share costs and lost $1,000 in non-refundable Christmas and New Year’s bookings. As a customer, I expect realistic timelines, not automatic updates that fail to reflect reality. This experience has been costly and stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service. Rating: 1/10

I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. They did an excellent job repainting my vehicle and repairing the damage from my accident. The workmanship was outstanding — my car was returned looking as if nothing had ever happened. They were also incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Scheduling was flexible and convenient, which made it much easier for me to make the necessary arrangements on my end. They were fair and reasonable when it came to pricing and worked with me to reach a repair cost that made sense. This is not the first time I’ve used them after an accident, and every single time the quality and professionalism have been consistent. They are friendly, helpful, and truly care about doing the job right. I strongly recommend this company to anyone needing body work. You will not be disappointed.
