Great service! My Service advisor Bryan Skipper was very knowledgeable to all of my service needs on my vehicle. I was very limited on my time, but the service department was very fast and efficient. They exceeded my expectations. I myself work with the public and I understand they can be very demanding but Bryan went above and beyond I will highly recommend the service department as well as Bryan for anyone with service needs.

Took my truck in to have the transmission repaired in October of 2024 . They told me all the parts were ordered and they would call me when they came in . After about 10 days I called back to check on the progress and was told that they ordered the incorrect valve body and would have to reorder . Two more weeks and nothing . The service advisor called and said that the part I needed was on back order and her and service advisor let me drive my truck until the parts came in at the begining of December I was notified that all the parts were at the dealership at the begining of January 2025. Dropped my truck off on a Friday to get the repairs done . Had not heard from anyone at the dealership, so I called in Thursday . The service advisor was not there and I spoke to another service advisor and they told me that the service advisor that called me thought the parts were there once the special order case was removed from the system and I was misinformed . They soon got to work on my truck and then the 1 and only technician that repairs transmission was out due to illness and in climate weather I finally got my truck back 3 weeks after I dropped it off. This was done they a warranty company that only covered $300 of rental fees . I was in a rental vehicle the first time for 4 weeks and the second time for 3 weeks . I paid my deductible when I picked up the truck . Biggest take away for this was that your dealership should be more conscious about timelines and can communicate better . I am glad that my truck got fixed and that my extended warranty company covered it .

I have previously not had the most pleasant experiences with Dale Earnhardt, but when my Yukon broke down on a Saturday afternoon, Lisa was the most wonderful and helpful person I have ever dealt with at the dealership. Between her and the service techs, they got my car running properly within an hour of it arriving on a tow truck. All future visits I’ll will make sure to request Lisa because of her kindness and caring attitude.

Everything went well. One thing was needed on fog lamp fixed and got my truck back and neither one works now. I didn't have time to leave it there because I had an appt I had to be at and they said they will take care of it at my next oil change. Do not understand how only one was not working when i dropped it off now neither one works. I guess I'll just have to wait for my next oil change to find out.

Needed to take my truck in for its 5000 mile oil change/tire rotation. Made the appointment for the following week. When I showed up, I was told there was a software update that need to be performed as well and would I be willing to wait on it or would I like to reschedule. I said that I was willing to wait. A couple of hours later and I was done. George kept me informed throughout the process and was apologetic that it took so long. I didn't think that it took that long and told him as much. Newer vehicles are complicated. Anyhow..... I am happy with my truck and happy with the service I received. I have dealt with George Bell twice now and have always received great service.

I scheduled service two weeks ahead. I brought it in on Thursday morning for transmission problems among other issues, and was told it would take 24 hours for diagnostics. On Friday, my vehicle was not ready. I did not have use of the car over the weekend. On Monday, no progress. I called Tuesday, and was told that service would be completed be end of day. It wasn't. I couldn't pick up my car until Wednesday. And here's the problem: the transmission light was still on. The vehicle was not repaired. It seems that there is no first gear. I paid $1,600 for a new battery, oil change, and tire rotation? Your service department is not reliable. Now I need to call around and find another shop to actually fix the problem with my Yukon.

I purchased my new vehicle from this dealership and have generally had a positive experience, which is why I chose to return here for the dashcam installation. While the installation was completed, the process took approximately 3–5 days. My main concern was communication during that time. I was not regularly updated on the installation status and had to call the service department almost daily to understand the progress. Even a brief update or an estimated completion timeline would have made the experience much smoother. I value this dealership and chose to come back because of the trust I have in your team. Improving proactive communication during service visits would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for your time and attention.
