Found location do to my radiator went out . The dealer wanted to charge me almost 900.00 for labor and parts .. auto master only charged me 350.00 for parts and labor . Super amazing guys and really great service and the owners are top notch guys !

This is the rudest, foul mouth business owner I've ever come in contact with. I messaged him about a truck he had for sale. I asked if it was a buy here pay here lot. He messages back calling me names, like old hag, telling me he didn't want my business, I didn't have money to buy from him bc he didn't finance. He said I have money for buy from somewhere that will finance you since you don't have money. He has no idea what I do or don't have and why would a 52 yo disabled woman be asking about a dodge truck on big tires? I WOULDN'T GUVE THIS CLOWN $100 DEFINITELY BIT $8000.

Went there and he didn’t know how much the bumper and other parts I’d need to get fixed would cost. I assumed he never contacted those people about the parts, because he never gave me a written estimate. I called twice to get it and had to leave a voicemail the first time in the morning and he never gave me a call back. Second time I called, I went straight to voicemail again. When I first went there, he sounded really promising and nice and inspected my car well, but he just never followed up.

This is the Best Paint and Body shop ever. Tyson and John are fantastic. Tyson is the Best painter at blending paint that I have found. He has painted 4 cars for me and my family. Hard to match paint such as silver and blue Tyson does it awesome. John is a top mechanic who fixed my struts great. I highly recommend this Shop. Their name is correct. They are Masters.

He and his staffs are extremely friendly and just provide you the most reasonable price for repairs with their excellent craft in Tallahassee. I recently visited VM Auto Sales to look at a truck listed on Facebook Marketplace. The experience was extremely unprofessional and raised several red flags. I asked basic questions any responsible buyer would ask—about the vehicle’s Carfax, the dealership's license, and the condition of the truck. Instead of receiving honest answers, I was met with hostility and disrespect. One of the individuals I interacted with became aggressive and rude, even comparing my request for proof of their dealer license to asking someone to prove citizenship—completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I was also told that government vehicles “don’t have Carfax reports,” which is misleading. I found clean Carfax records for both trucks on my own, so either the staff was unaware or intentionally withholding information. The seller refused to let me take the vehicle for a proper inspection and would only allow it to be looked at while they watched—another red flag. Overall, this business operates in a sketchy, unprofessional manner and does not treat potential customers with basic respect or transparency. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and look elsewhere for a reliable and honest buying experience.
