My car tires were under warranty. I bring my car in and point to the tire that consistently keeps going flat. 30 minutes later. "We can't fix it unless we find out why it's going flat". Then find out why it's going flat...? "We don't know why its going flat so we can't help you" Well, ladies and gentlemen. With this kind of logic, we might as well start walking. Shameless service and an inability to resolve the most basic client needs. Tire Kingdom finds the nail a month later.. Thanks for keeping me safe Sam's Club.

My car was serviced ( or not ) at sams Tallahassee. They stated, the tire pressures at time of service were checked and all were at 35 psi. I know the pressures were, front driver side, 32. Front passenger side 34. Left rear driver side 33, and right passenger 35. When I left after "service (tire rotation and balance), they were, front driver side 32, front passenger side 34, rear driver side 34, and rear passenger side 35. How can this even possibly suggest the job was done? The tire covers were all scratched. Not suprising when I personally saw all tire covers face down on the concrete floor!! Do nt take your vehicle to sams for ANY kind of service.

I showed at 6:20 PM 10-21-23, the tire department was supposed to close at 6pm. The 2 gentlemen that were working there were happy to stay late to help me get my car issue resolved. They were going to rotate all 4 tires, upon further inspection. I found that 1 of my back tires was bad. The Tech quickly found my size. One Tech installed the 2 new tires, while the other Tech was checking us out. I didn't catch these 2 young men's names, but they were great. Thanks guys and hope management acknowledges these 2 guys.

Overfilled all 4 of my tires to 50+ PSI (supposed to be 32 on my vehicle) and broke a lug nut stud and refused to pay to fix it. Worst tire shop in town and will be getting in touch with corporate. If you buy your tires at Sam's go somewhere else to get them installed.

I went and got a tired changed on Tuesday and Jaq was so helpful! He did such a great job helping me and was so kind. He changed my tire in no time and did it with a smile on his face even though it looked like he was the only person there working. I want to thank him for everything. Sam’s club give that man a raise! He was great.

My husband & I just stood at the tire shop desk for 10 mins but no one ever came inside to assist. A Sam's employee from another dept had alerted them that we were waiting. The shop workers could visibly see us look through the glass but never came. So we left and purchased a tire from another shop in town.

Buyers beware. I do not usually leave reviews but this is the exception. I paid to have all four tires replaced. I recently discovered when i got a flat that they never even replaced the tires and the origional tires from Germany are still on my vehicle. I have spent hours speaking with the store manager, their insurance company, emailing and sending pictures. They have refused to give me my money back. It is absolutely disgusting that a multi-billion dollar company would treat their customers this way. I paid $1943.00 for run flat tires that I never received. I am to the point of hiring a consumer fraud attorney. T his has been an absolute nightmare. Not only have i been defrauded out of nearly $2000 Sams club negligence has also put my family's life in danger by refusing to help me and instructing me to drive on a heavily damaged tire.. If you have purchased tires from the Tallahassee location please look them over to make sure you are not another victim of crime. If you were thinking of going there I would choose somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
