I wish I had known about Autoworks sooner! I needed a repair fast because I was leaving town, and they were booked out for the next two weeks. Danny was kind enough to squeeze me in sooner, and he was transparent and told me I didn’t really need that particular repair immediately and that I could drive the car with no issue. I still chose to get the repair. They completed it in the time frame they said they would, and my car is running just fine. I highly recommend Autoworks International!

A few months back I brought my Mercedes in due to randomly the SRS light was coming on and message would appearl on my dashboard. I was told the sensor in the passenger was probably the culprit. They did the diagnostics and determined that was the cause. However, since the message was random, they didn't want to charge me until they were sure that was the issue.I was told to drive the car some more and if the light comes and stays on constantly to bring it back. It took 4 months before the light stayed on constantly. The staff was very polite and professional. Most of all, I appreciate their integrity in making sure to not take my money until they knew exactly the problem.

Auto works International was highly recommended to us and they did NOT disappoint! From the first call to t he last, every detail about our 1986 Mercedes 560 SL was given and the cost to repair it. We have used many car shops around North FL & South GA, but this place is at the TOP! They are professional and polite all while repairing /fixing your car with a great attitude. Our Car is running great & the price was reasonable especially for an older Mercedes that not many people work on any more. We will definitely use them again & tell all of our friends too!

Customer service is top notch. Unexpected issues arise from what we initially thought which caused a delay in fixing my vehicle. The staff went above and beyond the responsibilities of a auto shop to insure I was well informed and taking care of to include away for me to get home while vehicle was being serviced. If you own a import then this is the place to have it serviced. I didn't get up priced because I own a import. Integrity and customer service is in fact number 1 here. Amazing shop and good, friendly staff. They do their best to take care of you, and even was the middle man between me and CarMax when fixing under warranty (making for much less stress for me). My only "complaint" is that they're not open on weekends, but that's understandable. Everyone needs a break!

If I can give a zero star I would. I was told diagnosis test was 100 flat rate fee that goes towards repairs. Technician Danny told my sister it was 200 per hour and that he didn't know what was wrong. I call spoke with reception asked about the 100 diagnosis quote she said that was correct and she didn't know why Danny said that. When I talk to Danny not only did he lie but he got defensive and said I was entitled which is correct, entitled not to get scammed but shady people or business I asked to speak with the owner Robert several times he said not until I told him I can come in person and speak with him, he put Robert wife on the phone who also fumble on her words as well she told me yes it's only 100 diagnosis fee then she stated labor is 200 a hour if we find the problem and fix it which was fine, so I asked well why was Danny telling us 200 per hour to diagnosis then she got offensive which is shady business practices and I will continue to report this behavior to open and expose this business!!!

I've been taking my 2018 BMW 750i to the BMW dealership for repairs and service. Recently my car had an issue with stalling so I took it to BMW and they performed a diagnostic test charged me $ 200.00 and found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Well of course the issue remained and when I contacted them again they wanted to charge me an additional fee. I heard about Autoworks and took my vehicle in. Their diagnostic test was only $99.00 and it took them less than an hour to determine the problem. Needless to say I will be taking my car to this location where the service is fast professional and very thorough. Thank you Danny of Autoworks International.

Stopped without an appointment because our 2022 VW Taos was showing intermittently low battery power. Greeted right away and a scanner was used to identify the issue. Problem was the battery place that installed the battery really didn’t know how to reset codes. Autoworks reset the codes that faulted out, test drove the car and charged nothing. If you have a German made car new or used this is definitely the place to come.

I needed a second opinion for a problem that was originally diagnosed by the dealership. David checked my car and even drew a sketch to illustrate what the issue was. As someone with a design background, I really appreciated that ^_^. They found the parts I needed and the repair was several thousand dollars less than what the dealership was charging for an issue that wasn't the actual problem. Driving from St. Louis to Marco Island Florida and our AC went out on our 2016 BMW X3. After several calls all over Tallahassee I found AW. Was told to come in and we will check out the vehicle and get you on the road asap. Had compressor issue and AW had the replacement part the next day. Put a mechanic on this job that morning and was on the road by noon. Truly thankful for all the effort to get this repair done and what was a fair price for the repair. My wife and I were traveling to Tallahassee from Orlando to visit my daughter. On our way up the EPU and engine lights came on in our 2018 Volkswagen Passat. We were getting into town around 4pm and went to the Capital Volkswagen dealership. They were no help at all and said we can get you an appointment towards the end of the month even though we told them we were from out of town. My wife found Autoworks website and called and the lady said bring it in and we’ll at least try to diagnose what is wrong. We got there 10 minutes before closing time and Cyrus and RJ diagnosed the problem with the second cylinder misfiring. They said they couldn’t get the part to fix it until Monday but we could ride it home Sunday and it wouldn’t cause any damage. They gave us a piece of mind. Tried to give them some money for their time and trouble and they said absolutely not. Told them anyone I knew who needed a mechanic in Tally I would send their way. Everyone there is honest, kind and treat you like family. They were there for my wife and I when we really needed someone, unlike the dealership. Thank you for caring and concern about some stranded out of towners!!! The best!!!
